This is our small quiet 2-room apartment in the heart of Dresden Neustadt. The apartment is located in the rear building of an apartment building on the 3rd floor. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower tub, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel crib and highchair for toddlers is available and can be used at any time. The parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

In the immediate vicinity are a playground, a swimming lake and an ostrich farm. The environment invites for extensive walks and bike rides. A crackling fireplace in the pouring rain or birdsong in the sunshine on the terrace - a place to relax and unwind.

It is a cozy 2-room apartment in Kamenz in the district of Jesau which was completely renovated in 2023. The apartment has a 180cm wide box spring bed, a large TV, Wi-Fi, couch (extendable to a sofa bed), several wardrobes, a kitchen, toilet incl. shower and a large balcony. The apartment is located directly at the Kamenzer Forst and therefore in a quiet location. There is also a free parking space directly in front of the apartment.
