The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

The apartment is on the first floor with hallway, living room with fireplace and sofa bed also extendable as double bed, bedroom with double bed also individually adjustable, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. Wi-Fi, TV available. Quiet location on the edge of the forest, Passau and Vilshofen an der Donau about 20 km away. Parking spaces available. The duplex apartment was built in a terraced house style and accordingly has separate access from the outside. The apartment is accessible via an external staircase. Directly in front of it is the associated parking space under a carport. The apartment is 42 m². From the entrance area, the bedroom (with access to its own balcony) and the bathroom (with access to its own terrace) are accessible. The living/dining area with an open kitchen can be reached via a staircase to the upper floor.
