We felt very comfortable. Top amenities, super clean, one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in. The view from the balcony is fantastic and very relaxing. It's very quiet. You can really switch off. Massimo and his wife are very hospitable. We felt very comfortable. If we come to Crete again, we will definitely come back here. Just the right apartment to relax and unwind.

Great place to stay which I highly recommend. We felt at home. We had the beach to ourselves, so to speak. Eftychia was always easily accessible, mega helpful and accommodating. As a welcome gift, she provided us with fresh vegetables, fruits and wine. Everything was perfect.

The Wave House is perfectly situated to swim at the beach just in front of the apartment. Loved the sun beds and area in from of the Wave House so you have a space to relax and enjoy the water views.

The house is very quiet in a village where there is no mass tourism (early June), but the beach is small. The people in the restaurants and shops are very friendly and the food here (we tried three restaurants) was very good everywhere. Michalis described the way to the house very well. Everything was well maintained and Michalis had provided us with a sweet delicacy and water for the reception. We would book the accommodation again immediately.

Lovely place, quiet, clean. Nikos and his family are taking care of their hosts. The only downside is that there is no washing machine.

We greatly enjoyed our accommodation during these few days! The accommodation is clean, functional, very well equipped and the host is very responsive. What can you say about the two beautiful exteriors! The large roof terrace for resting in the shade in complete privacy with sea views. The small terrace in front of the house is incredible, with your feet in the water. The house is very well located, a few meters from the city center and the bar next door is a real asset for a drink or a meal from our own terrace. A little gem, just like the town of Mochlos.

This property is on the top of our list of all of the Super-host level properties we’ve been at whether Air B&B or any other platform. Premium quality and high marks for design aesthetics promoting maximum relaxation inside or in the yard with breathtaking views all day long and spectacular sunsets. All meals at the property must be had out doors! It was a perfect retreat after long days of sightseeing. We would rent it again in a heartbeat and will recommend it to family. John & Autumn

We had a wonderful holiday at Mapia’s cosy house. It was lovely to stay in such a well equipped home without the need to go out and buy essentials. The bedding and towels were of very high quality and the kitchen, though small, was very well equipped. We have stayed in many Greek holiday homes and this was by far the best!

Fabulous place, spotlessly clean and really comfortable. Beautiful bathroom with really great shower. Bed was really comfy too! Perfect location, a short walk down to the sea and main town. Will definitely be back!

Everything has already been said, it's just unbelievable. Popi embodies Greek hospitality. There were drinks and vegetables in the refrigerator. You could help yourself in their beautiful garden. The highlight was the great food. We had fresh fish and many different vegetarian things. Simply delicious. Unfortunately, it was only 4 days, but they were great. We would come back anytime. We had the best time ever at My Sea Sight. I have no words to describe. Amazing, beautiful, peaceful place with a great infinity pool. Sunsets by the pool are unforgettable. It's super close to the city centre with loads of stores and supermarkets. You'll have plenty of options for great restaurants and bars. It's super close to the main bus stops and for the main tours pick-up points too. Stefani is absolutely amazing, super friendly and always doing the most to ensure we had the best holiday. It's such a lovely place, wish we had stayed longer! Stefani, you're the best host we could have asked for and I thank you for it! ❤️

Modern construction and large, quiet with good aircon . Janika helpful in every way.

We booked Michails place for the second time and will probably come back again. Our toddler daughter loved to run through the spacious apartment. The kids bed is great as well. One more thing: Michail replaced the broken washing machine with a new one after realizing that we planned on using it which was extremely helpful. Obviously the views are amazing and the location is great if you want to discover the beaches in the area. Also Ferma beach, which is just a 2 min walk away is very cozy and great for little children.

Perfect location to visit the eastern part of Crete. The apartment is well equipped, there is everything you need as a guest, every detail has really been thought of to be able to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing holiday. The apartment has a private parking space, is located on the first floor and has its own entrance (18 steps). There are screens everywhere (so no problem with mosquitoes). The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning and all windows/doors are equipped with electric shutters. You can hear the road at the front of the apartment if you sleep with the balcony doors open, but we have not been bothered by it. Tip -> Loop Quiet Earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Dimitris is a very pleasant host and responds quickly. He attaches great importance to hospitality, with hospitality, attention and service being central. He has a proactive approach to understanding and exceeding the needs of us as a guest. We loved our stay!

Iannis and his mother welcomed us kindly and gave us fruit and vegetables. Olive oil was also available. The location was good for exploring the great bay around the Lasithi area by car. We would definitely come back.

We had an amazing time. Manolis is very helpful and friendly. He gave us some great recommendations of beaches to go to and restaurants. The apartment is in a great location. It has everything you need and is really nicely decorated and very clean. If we end up in Agios Nikolaos again we will definitely stay there again

Nice view from the terrace, with a lot of shade from the trees. The private beach is just incredible. Perfect spot to go for daytrips to discover east Crete. A car is needed as you are up on the hill – as it is called Ferma Hill Apartments and walking up and down to Ferma by foot can be quite dangerous at night. During windy days, Achlia beach is recommended, five- minutes-drive and suddenly all you feel is just a tiny breeze. Anna is always helpful, thank you very much! Make sure to visit Takis animal shelter in Ierapetra while you are staying there! Appointments need to be booked in advance on his website, most amazing animal lover and person!

We absolutely recommend Evi's apartment. It has a great location on the edge of the village and it is really right on a very quiet beautiful beach. A small, very low-traffic road is in between. We loved hearing the sound of the sea day and night. The apartment is a great size for 2 people, is very clean and equipped with everything you need (even loungers for the beach). The terrace (a driveway that can be accessed by others) is not quite as private as in Evi's other larger apartments but for the price-performance ratio totally okay. The communication with Evi and Dimitris was also great, who gave us great tips for the area. Thanks again!

We spent almost a week in this lovely apartment with our 2 year old and it was just perfect! The apartment contains few things but has everything you might need - it’s beautiful and cosy. Alexandra’s dad welcomed us and our daughter became a real fan of him (just like us, he was very friendly). We loved the proximity to the beach (so beautiful! And perfect for small children) and the nice taverns and cafes, while still being secluded. During two nights we heard some louder music (from a bar, maybe) but after closing the window that was also not a problem at all . Thank you, Alexandra, we really enjoyed our stay and could have easily stayed longer!

We had a great night at Dafni's place which is very welcoming. The small private terrace with sea view for breakfast or aperitif is exceptional! Beautiful Voulisma Beach is within walking distance from the bedroom. If time had allowed us, we would have spent more time at Dafni's place. We highly recommend this listing! The accommodation offered a spectacular sea view, which made every morning a special experience. The apartment was modern and extremely clean, which immediately ensured well-being. I was particularly impressed by the helpfulness of the owner. At my request, the towels were promptly renewed, and when an unexpected sandstorm arose, he immediately took care of cleaning the accommodation. The location was ideal, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The beaches were breathtaking, and I enjoyed swimming in the crystal-clear water. The local Go providers were extremely helpful and gave me valuable tips that enriched my stay. Communication was straightforward, as they spoke fluent English. Overall, it was an unforgettable vacation that I can recommend to everyone.
