Spacious and comfortable apartment, located in a complex next to other apartments and parking. SmartTV in living room and bedroom. Simple kitchen with only burners. Everything was very clean, although the slightest crumb of food that remained was filled with ants. Very good location. The entrance to the complex is on a very narrow street, like an alley, with little traffic and a little dark at night, which can give a little feeling of insecurity, but we had no problems. Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio, I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very nice!

Laura's penthouse was exactly what we were looking for, safe, facing the beach with the beautiful sea view, beautiful sunset, space for family barbecue. It was the perfect choice to reunite with our family. If we come back to the area, we will surely try to stay at this apartment again.
