Villa Mustique Carriage House - Seacrest/Rosemary

Mustique is a private, spacious and luxurious beach escape suitable for a couple. It is located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on the Scenic 30A. It's a short walk to our PRIVATE beach and the swimming pools, includes 2 backpack style beach chairs and an umbrella. A small dog less than 20 lbs is allowed. Our ocean view studio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the bay area is inside the Sandestin Resort on the 9th floor with a balcony. It is right by the Sandestin beach, recently updated and refurbished. Waterfall pool, heated jacuzzi and gym in the building. Beautification alert: January and February 2026 the hallways will be painted and carpet replaced * Pool will be heated the week of Thanksgiving (Nov 22 - Nov 29) and again from Dec 23 - January 2

Queen size bed, a small chair that turns into a small bed, WIFI, smart TV, washer & dryer, microwave, fridge & coffee bar are all included. Also, there's a small fenced in yard(very basic, no grass only beach sand) for your fur babies.
