10/10, we Highly recommend. Every detail in this home and community was designed to make one feel welcomed, cozy and calm; also there’s most definitely luxurious finishes/vibes. If you’re looking for relaxation, good food and vibes, you’ve chosen the perfect place. Last but not least, the host Vincenzo, is truly exceptional. His generosity and thoughtfulness made our visit unforgettable. Thank you for everything! 🙂

We had a wonderful double-couple trip here. The hostess is very sweet and is quick to respond. The place is private, right across the street from the beach(not even a minute walk), and has plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance. The house had all amenities described and was super clean. We felt right at home, and this has been our best vacation so far. Hopefully we will be back soon!

my husband and I spent a long weekend at Diana's Airbnb. the apartment was very cozy and clean. lots of outside space to sit, which unfortunately we didn't use as we were on the go. Diana was the perfect host, even provided baggetts for us one morning for breakfast. we would highly recommend her Airbnb for a couple or single person visiting the area. Charlene and Frost

We loved our time at this condo! It was clean and spacious, and minutes away from the beach and fun night life.

Great spot just a short walk from the beach. If you are simply looking for a place to put your stuff and sleep, this is a great option. The condo was clean, the kitchen was nice (though I didn’t cook), and the grounds are very well maintained. The pool and cabana area was great. The bed was very uncomfortable (thin mattress with metal bars and/or springs poking)- it’s more of a pullout Murphy bed which I wasn’t expecting. You could also hear the neighbors above walking around which I didn’t love. Overall, great place for a short trip and the host was very helpful!

Paula was a great host and very friendly with a quick response time. Her unit looked exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach front balcony had the perfect view of the beach and pool area. We would definitely rent from her in the future.

Allen was quick to respond to questions! I was alone with my small dog and we loved it there!! It had everything we needed and some. Tons of things to do in the area and there were plenty towels and cookware available! I will definitely be returning with friends!! Thanks Allen!

Such a beautiful place! My husband and I & our 2 children (5 & 3). Everything was perfect! So beautiful and so clean. Our kids had a blast at the pools and beach. Highly recommend and will be staying again in the future!

The owner, Blaze, was so kind and responsive and was a wonderful host. We made very last minute plans for some of our mother-son group to stay in the area for a couple of extra days and just needed a smaller place to stay in after we checked out of a larger home in watercolor. This condo was a perfect choice for us and Blaze was very accommodating and helpful, even allowing us to check in early at no additional cost. It was clear that he takes pride in his place and he was very kind and patient with all of my many questions and requests. We love the 30A area and have been vacationing there for years. We usually stay in Watercolor/Seaside and had never stayed in Seagrove before. It was a beautiful area, this condo was clean and comfortable and Blaze was an excellent host. The beach was close and easy to walk to and the golf cart was an added bonus for navigating the area. The shuttle service provided by the condos was great as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amber was an amazing host! Very responsive and informative for check in and answering our questions throughout the stay. We brought our two medium size dogs and the house was perfect. The backyard is fenced in so they could play, and there’s a walking path at the entrance of the road for walks. Getting to the beach is incredibly walkable, and you have your pick of two beach entrances at the end of the road. The house itself was perfect for our stay with three adults and a 15 month old. Three spacious bedrooms, a great kitchen and dining area, and every kitchen appliance you could possibly need. The overall location is great; easy to get to the beach, restaurants, shops, and Publix is a 2 minute drive. Overall we had a fantastic time and wouldn’t hesitate going back!

This home was such a blessing to us! We didn't realize how amazing it was to be able to use the golf cart to get to the beach AND Publix until we got there. It made our travel so stress free and convenient! I was grateful for the host's maps they provided so we never felt confused on where to go. We also loved that the house was so close to great restaurants at and around Rosemary Beach. The home was clean and incredibly kid friendly in its amenities for my 3 and 1 year old. Wish we could have stayed another day!

Our time at Sea & Stay was excellent! This was our first time on 30A, and not knowing the best place to stay, I'd say we landed in it. It was nice to be out of the hustle & bustle of Rosemary and Seaside, but near both. We had great shops and restaurants in walkable distance, and felt very safe tucked back on a quiet street. The house comfortably fit our two families, and allowed us to enjoy the pool, kitchen, deck, and family movie nights without being crammed. The bikes were awesome to take to the beach and on rides, and the golf cart is large and felt safe. The mattresses were very comfortable, amazing even...and the showers were huge. I had a few questions during our stay and got immediate responses every time. Excellent house, and management company - thank you!

Had an amazing girls’ getaway in 30A! The condo was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located. The pools were pristine, and the beach access couldn’t have been better - just steps away! We felt completely at home, whether we were enjoying morning coffee on the balcony or winding down with a cozy movie night in the gorgeous living room. The whole place felt safe, peaceful, and welcoming. Already dreaming of our next trip back! The hosts were very nice and responsive also.

We really enjoyed our stay. The views from the condo were amazing. The beds were comfy. Place was super clean and had everything we needed. Elevators weren’t ideal but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us, we just tried not to ride them during the busy times mentioned in our check-in instructions. To renters: Pullout couch was a little tricky to figure out - pull from the top not the bottom if you’re curious. I had looked at the reviews to see how to do it but didn’t see anything so thought I’d add it for anyone who needs it!

Joseph’s penthouse was absolutely stunning. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun stay. We were celebrating my mom’s birthday and her 30-year milestone, and this place made it so special. Joseph was incredibly kind and welcoming, even with a previous review on my account that didn’t reflect who we really are. He took a chance on us, and I’m truly grateful for that. He was quick to respond to all my questions and made the whole experience smooth and easy. This home was peaceful, well-organized, and full of thoughtful touches. We had such a great time and would absolutely love to come back again. Thank you, Joseph, for everything!

We had an amazing time, and plan to come again! Came with our 3yo and this place was safe and had everything we needed. Super close to the pool and shoreline so lugging things back and forth wasn’t a problem at all. Also close to so many restaurants and shops. Leah was very helpful with recommendations and quick to respond. Thank you for sharing this gem.

Nicole was great to work with! The place was beautiful and in a super cute location. The carts helped with getting our luggage to the second floor. The golf cart was a wonderful bonus! There was a lot of space for everyone to spread out. It was clean and had everything you could need. The master shower and adjustable bed were an added treat. Highly recommend!!

Great condo, very clean with excellent view and beach access, Rachel and Josh were helpful with local recommendations for dining and activities. We would definitely consider staying again, the listing is accurate which is somewhat rare.

Our stay was great! There was some construction going on right outside our door majority of the days we were there, but that is no fault of the owners. Other than that small issue, our stay was perfect. Thank you!

Fantastic house and great location within Edgewater! Responsive host! The kitchen is not stocked very well with dishes for cooking and limited towels but overall a great stay!
