We had a really nice holiday in the apartment. Quiet location. Many leisure opportunities. The apartment was well equipped and very clean, nothing was missing. Highly recommended.

The apartment was perfectly appointed. Wonderful views, extremely comfortable and all the home comforts needed. A short and very pretty walk into town, where there are several nice restaurants and places for coffee and drinks . The view from the balcony is stunning. Britta was a super a helpful host, assisting us with restaurants and local information. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

Peony was the perfect, peaceful base for our Götzens Tai Chi School winter training for me, and for Grant to teach himself snowboarding on local slopes! All the information Georg left was up to date and helpful, and he he was also helpful and responsive with specific queries and tips in person. The apartment is beautifully light, warm and comfortable (bed was perfect) with many delightful style features. Would definitely book with Georg again. Thank you for a perfect stay, Georg!

A rustic, cozy yet modern retreat (new bathroom, modern cozy furniture, beautiful solid interior), which we happened to discover at the last minute at a very fair price. The view is really something! With the daily "nature and cloud TV" and "cricket chirp radio" (there really is no TV or radio, which is really great!) where you can very well mask the subtle noise of the main road in the distance, we were able to recover very well from the many hiking tours. Whether having breakfast outside in the morning sunshine or watching the evening sunset in the mountains on the bench, we enjoyed every day and spontaneously extended it. We had the somewhat "smaller" house, which was completely sufficient for 2 people, and had the property for our sole use almost all the time. We were able to switch off very well here. Thank you Peter for your hiking tips and the always fast and nice communication. We will be happy to come back!

It's a lovely little apartment with everything you need right in the middle of Mieders. The skibus stops 100 m from the apartment. There is a Spar very close with everything you need. Hannes was very friendly and met up arival.

We were in Innsbruck for a workation and had a few really nice days here. The accommodation is very well equipped and has enough space for 5-6 people. Unfortunately, we did not have such good weather and therefore could not use the outdoor areas properly, but in good weather the various balconies are certainly also a highlight. In addition, communication with Heidi and Ria was optimal, we always received a quick and friendly response. We can definitely imagine spending a few more days here.

Thanks for having us - this place was well suited for travellers. Nicole was very friendly and attentive. She even gave us a bottle of her homemade honey. Her place was well suited for us or for two couples travelling together. Very spacious and had everything we needed. The best part about our stay was the amazing view from the property.

Very nice apartment, very clean and very well decorated. It is very well located with several transport and restaurant options nearby. We really enjoyed the host's welcome and the birds singing.

The garden apartment was exactly what we were looking for in a quiet place with hiking trails right behind the house! The welcome card was greatly appreciated and was very quick to get it! We had a lovely stay at the Lightland apartment! It was a very nice and chic place, which has everything you may need for a brief stay. A supermarket is closeby for anything else. It did get a little chilly for us lounging inside the apartment but the beds and duvets were cosy for a peaceful rest. I would say though that place is more ideal for couples or for small families who are used to each others’ sleeping habits (or if you are a heavy sleeper and would not mind any other noises)! The main bed and sofa bed are located in the same area, and only a curtain separates the sleeping area from the kitchen. The neighborhood itself is very peaceful with great views of the surrounding mountains but also well connected to get to the city centre and alstadt easily. Christine and Antan were very responsive and kind hosts.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Wattenberg, Austria. The house is impeccably clean, thoughtfully organized, and offers a top-tier level of comfort that made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The view from the property is absolutely stunning—waking up to the beauty of the surrounding landscape was a highlight of my trip. Our host was exceptionally friendly and generous, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. The check-in process was simple and convenient, adding to the overall ease and comfort of our stay. This place is a perfect blend of peace, beauty, and hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and Innsbruck,it’s truly a gem!

We were met in person outside the apartment and shown around. The apartment was lovely and as described. The location was perfect! It was in the Old Town area and walkable to the sights we were interested in. Plenty of food options nearby too. Our stay could not have been better!

The apartment was clean, neat, and very well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils needed for cooking, making it feel just like home. The owner was very responsive and quick to reply to any questions or concerns. But the highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the view—waking up to the breathtaking sight of the Alps was truly unforgettable. It was definitely a good time to relax and a great place to stay.

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. We spent 3 nights in Simone and Sascha's apartment. The apartment is very modern and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of furnishings. The hosts are very nice and gave us recommendations for restaurants and hiking trails in the area right after check-in. We would have liked to have stayed longer. In total, we enjoyed the short vacation very much and felt completely comfortable in the apartment.

The accommodation was clean and it has everything you need, including great basic equipment in the kitchen and bathroom! I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to vacation in the area!

Beautiful, quiet apartment in a great location. Communication with Alice was super pleasant and uncomplicated. The accommodation lacked nothing (on the contrary: many things of daily need are already available) and the view from the garden is breathtaking. Perfectly located for excursions in the area (Geister-/Leutaschklamm, Isar hike to Scharnitz, Lautersee... - all can be started directly from the accommodation). Public transport to Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Innsbruck is also within walking distance. I would be happy to come back.
