Holiday rentals with beach access in Iowa

Great stay, beautiful place. Nice to have pool/hot tub area. We went in what I would say was the 'off season' so not a lot of busy at the lake. Clear Lake downtown area had some good bars/restaurants.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We stayed long-term for work and we had no issues at all. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, spacious, decorated nicely and is in a great location! Heidi truly went above and beyond for us! She is such a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend this townhome! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Iowa. I can't say enough positive things about our experience and the townhouse. Thank you for everything Heidi! You are amazing!

This is the perfect place for a couple to stay for a trip to Clear Lake. It is in a perfect location. Everything is in walking distance. Beautiful area! Would book again.

The place was wonderful! It was centrally located on the property and everything was within a few minute walk. Great view of the lake and the fire table was a nice add for the chilly nights. The rooms were great with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The kids loved the bunk beds, which was a huge bonus!

The host is very kind, the house is cozy, I felt at home, I would come back more often, thank you very much David

This apartment is so nice! It had everything that I needed and I loved the location. I also really enjoyed the little coffee shop below the apartment!

Don’t be put off with the location above a brewery, Lake Time closes early and we only heard people talking when we were out in our deck. Very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed.

This is the third time we have rented the house for our adult children during a visit and everything was perfect. We really appreciate how nice the house is and how well the hosts communicated with us each visit! By far one of the best rentals near the lake!

This place was so peaceful and quiet. Spent alot of time outside the view! it was prefect for our little family getaway.

We absolutely love this rental. The stunning view out the windows is breath-taking for us land-locked Iowans. Watching the eagles, barges, blue herons, fishing boats, fish jumping never grew old. The sturdy, safe dock is a wonderful place to spend time. Our daughter fished, I sat on the bench and read. So peaceful. We had an issue with the coffee maker. In fewer than 30 minutes, Jane brought another one for our use. She is great to respond to messages quickly, no waiting forever to hear from her. Such a considerate host. We were able to park our car in the garage which was a huge plus for me. The train track is pretty much in the front yard which is obvious from the pictures. The trains didn't bother us. Yes, they are somewhat loud, blow the whistle at Lansing, but we enjoyed watching them. The location was perfect for us to enjoy the surrounding towns and attractions. I would highly recommend Jane and her rental. I have nothing to complain about. Jane, thanks for your rental.

Michaela’s place was perfect for our small family. It was a quaint house with character. It was clean, and had all that we needed during our stay. The access to all of the “extras” made our stay even more fun on the water and the amazing neighbors made this a perfect place for us during our baseball getaway.

We had the best stay! There was plenty of space to move around and was great for our friend’s reunion! There is everything you would need or want! Plenty of extra blankets and pillows! Check in/out was very easy! Loved being able to use the garage to spend some time while it rained! We had everything we needed and could have wanted!

Loved our stay. 2 days there were 13 of us definitely tested the capacity lots of room. My husband and I added a day , he seldom gets summer vacations. Bring blankets especially if people sleeping on couches. More kitchen stocking if doing a lot of cooking. The house was awesome one level especially the game room extra space. Two sleeper sofa’s would work in there. Lots of room for large groups. Fire pit and pool absolutely great. Patio and two doors on the poolside was very useful. I did call Douglas with a few questions, very accommodating and friendly.

My family loved our stay at Robyn's place, the location is absolutely beautiful, the home has been been beautifully and thoughtfully remodeled with many creature comforts. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. You can tell a lot of love when into curating and decorating this home, my 9 year old called it "so aesthetic", which is a high honor. We hope to visit again!

Location, location, location! Such a great spot when there’s a pool outside your deck and you can walk to the water park. That’s very important with littles! We also loved all the space in the living room to hang out and the ample seating for meals as well.

We had a lovely weekend! Condo was beautiful! Very relaxing to sit on the deck and have coffee with a fabulous view of the lake! Peaceful and quiet! Perfect getaway for couples and small families. We highly recommend!

Great space for families, lots of toys, books and games. The kitchen cabinets were well stocked and laundry was a great bonus.

Great location everything you need is in walking distance perfect for my kids they could go and walk and do whatever they wanted without having to use my car, or bother me to take them somewhere, huge plus! :) Would definable stay here again and again and again, highly recommend!

Was a great stay very clean easy to find and very responsive! Would definitely stay again if ever available this place was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed there is a onsite manager ( Trisha ) that is very sweet and helpful in a very nice area I felt very safe in area especially leaving for work at 3:00 am in fact I would of booked again but it’s not available so if your in the area and it’s available it’s definitely worth renting .
