The host was very responsive in a timely manner and made checking into the house extremely easy. It was super nice and clean!

Marty's, place is very convenient to multiple restaurants as well activities, the location is prime. Marty's place is very clean and accommodating to family's as well groups even couples. Marty was very responsive from the moment we were looking till the time we left. Do not over look Marty's place it is worth it.

This home was beautiful! From the time we arrived, we were so happy we chose this home to stay at. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and peaceful! We would definitely recommended this home to anyone and we would love to stay here again when we are back in the area!

Beautiful cabin on the Upper Iowa River. We enjoyed watching the squirrels and ducks around the property. The hot tub was perfect for soaking. The cabin was neat and tidy. We stopped by wings in dorchester for dinner one night. Spring Grove was about 20 minutes away, we recommend going to RockFilter Distillery and Fat Pat’s brewery for the pizza. If you are in Decorah then Mabe’s pizza has a half baked pizza as the cabin is nestled in bluffs away from most options. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway then we strongly recommend staying here.

Amy’s place was perfect for our family of 5 (including 3 under 6) and was within a 2 minute walk of the park, beach, and downtown. The kids loved the bunk beds!

A beautiful little house. We learned from a neighbor that it was the town's hatmaker store. A perfect vacation cottage for a family or a small group of friends.

It was exactly as it describes. Even though it was so cold outside our beers were freezing before we could drink. It was a very nice place. They left some really amazing cookies for us.

Tatia was a great communicator, checked in with us during our stay to make sure things were good. The area was beautiful, very peaceful, friendly neighbors, so we enjoyed getting away! Thank you for everything!

Nice, quaint little cottage. Town has enough restaurants and amenities. Great stay all around.

We have stayed at various places up at the lakes and this was our favorite. A great choice if you need a lot (5) of bedrooms. A great space out back if you want to do a bonfire, which we did all 3 nights. The owner hosts are VERY friendly, helpful and responsive. And the house itself is very well appointed. 5 stars all around. We are looking to stay here again next trip up!

What a beautiful area! Stayed for a quick trip for a wedding and the walkable trails were a fantastic bonus. Clear easy entry and instructions, cute and quaint place.

We had a great stay at Spirit Lake at Mama's Boathouse. The place was easy to find and the hosts quickly responded with any questions that we had. Beds were comfortable. It was a great place to cool off after spending all day in the heat.

Great stay with an even better view. Jaime’s place is right on the Mississippi River. The house was spotless and looked just like the pictures. It was fantastic place to stay for a getaway to Leclaire and the Quad Cities.

Fabulous house on the lake. The house was wonderful. It was very quiet and beautiful. The amenities were great. I'd definitely stay here again.

This cottage was a great balance of both rural peace and quiet as well as easy travel to Indianola. The little porch next to the lake was the perfect spot for a peaceful cup of coffee. Ginny was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

This was the nicest rental I have ever stayed in! The quality of everything was top of the line, and Joe and Kelly spared absolutely NO expense to make this space truly fabulous. From the quality of the appliances and furniture, to the beautiful details in every room, to the handwritten card welcoming us and local chocolate and wine (which were delicious)...there was absolutely not a thing that could have made our stay better (other than staying longer!). We saw rabbits, tons of birds, turkey vultures, hawks, deer, chipmunks, and squirrels, and enjoyed seeing the animals in their natural environment. What a spectacular view! My boyfriend (whose birthday we were celebrating) said it was the nicest house he's ever been in, period. If you're a fan of FL Wright, you will adore this house and all the details that show the love and appreciation for his work. We will most definitely come back, it was worth every penny! Thank you, Joe and Kelly, for being as amazing as your cabin! :)
