This house is just west of Knoxville on a quiet hard surfaced road set on 3 acres. The entire home was remodeled in '22 with all new furniture! It will sleep 10 comfortably, possibly 12. It has a full kitchen and there are washer and dryer in basement. All linens are included. There is free unlimited WIFI and 2 smart TVs so bring your Netflix etc. passwords with you. There is ample parking and a spot to park a boat. Just not enough room for big trailers. Once you see it, you will stay again!

The space is a large open room with 4 twin bunk beds and 1 double bunk bed. An open kitchen and breakfast bar area for late night stories. The unit has wifi and a TV. We provide some streaming or you can stream your own service provider. All bedding and comfort amenities are provided. There is a fire pit and grill.
