Great place for our one-night stay near Lansing. Nice small house with all the commodities. We really enjoyed it!

Our stay at the cabin for our anniversary was peaceful and exactly what we were looking for. The inside of the cabin matched the photos online and we were very pleased with how cozy of a stay we had.

Evie’s place was nice for a weekend away. Beautiful green surroundings. Nice deck to view from and even had outdoor music on Friday. I would recommend Evie’s place!

it was a short stay, but the place was very welcoming! Honestly probably one of the most welcoming airbnb's I've stayed at so far. She provided us with a little welcoming bottle of wine & a smore's kit! The patio that goes out to the lake was gorgeous! I wish we could have stayed longer. I think it would feel very cozy in the wintertime.

This place is amazing! The location is perfect-easy to walk everywhere in McGregor-several wonderful shops and restaurants as well. The kitchen was well stocked so it was easy to have breakfast in (even with two little ones!) and then go out and about. If we had chosen to cook dinner-that would have been doable as well. The historical aspect is so cool, the view of the river was beautiful-especially the sunrise. The bedding was so comfortable, the living areas spacious, and there was room for everyone. Be aware this is a river town and like all river towns-trains go through. Sara has you covered with earplugs if needed! Sara was very responsive and provided lots of information regarding the happenings in town during our stay and local recommendations. She was very good to work with-we had a fantastic weekend! Thank you!

Great experience. Cresco is a great break it turns out. I was there for work but the town is just like i remember the year 1991. Cute place. So relaxing. Not a single bad thing to say. Loved it.

Great little place to get away!! Close enough to fun, but just far away enough to feel like home in the country!! Very nice hosts and clean place!! I will definitely be back!!

Location awesome for exploring Okaboji and the area for things we wanted to do for our family vacation.

This place is so charming, very walkable to Main Street McGregor and with beautiful river views. Loved the unique wallpapers and cheerful kitchen, and the antique touches! Three different dining places to sit down and eat or enjoy a cup of coffee :)The host was really friendly and responsive, with clear and easy instructions. Lots of stairs and an occasional train horn keep you on your toes - overall we made great memories in this lovely historic building!!

We arrived Friday after ballgames for our grandson, Wendy's husband Joe met us when we arrived, asked how the game was, when were the next games in the tournament, before showing us the property, including lights, TV's HVAC system and talked to us about the history of the homestead. This property is west of Dyersville on old Hwy 20 and had in it's past a beautiful working farm. There are flowers, old trees, a small pond, calves and goats, just the kind of home place we love. We had asked about sitting outside to enjoy the property in our "baseball chairs" they responded by bring us a lovely outdoor loveseat with in just a few minutes. Joe asked if we thought we would like to grill, if so just let them know they would set one out for us. They gave us local history eateries and sites to visit. These are just genuine Iowans, sharing their lovely property and local history with folks. So giving and caring. Good luck to the girls at the Fair Hope to stay again in 2026. J&K

Ali and Bogey have a beautiful guest house located near downtown Iowa. It was super cute and very spacious, while also being cozy! The neighborhood is INCREDIBLE and felt very safe. I got in very late my first night and felt secure getting unloaded and in the house. As hosts, Ali and Bogey were very responsive and helpful and very sweet. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this place more for a solo traveler or a couple.

We have stayed here a few times now and it is always clean, comfortable, and quiet. We love it here. Jeannie is quick at communicating and super friendly. We wills definitely continue to stay here, when available.

We really enjoyed staying at this cozy cottage for our anniversary weekend getaway. Courtney communicated well with us and gave us recommendations for places for us to try. The location of this cottage was perfect for walking to many locations, which we enjoyed. We had a very peaceful and comfortable stay at the cottage and had everything we needed. Courtney was an excellent host, we will definitely recommend this cottage to our friends & family.

Just a few miles from Northwestern College so it was a nice place to visit with our college kids and do a few other outings in Sioux center.

Susan is extremely accommodating and helpful. I stayed for two weeks to work storms and the Air bnb was perfect for a long stay

The beautiful sunsets are worth the stay alone! The place was so peaceful and was great for our dogs. Dan provided clear instructions and was very responsive. We had a minor drain issue, but he was quick to respond and more than willing to come fix it.

Michelle and Chad have a beautiful home in an idyllic neighbourhood. We loved their clean home which had everything for our stay. It was perfect location close to downtown and loved Iowa City. We would love to stay there again! They both went over the top to ensure our stay was wonderful. Thank you
