The place is as described and shown in the pictures. Has an amazing view over Plettenberg and a forest at a very close distance so you can enjoy the calmness and peacefulness it provides. Definitely a place to visit for a retreat from a noisy city. Christine was always helpful and responsive that made our stay even better.

Beautiful little retreat, the whole yard is really beautiful! There is everything you need in the room and it corresponds exactly to the pictures! Anne is very easy to reach if questions arise!

Great stay in a very nice house, located in a peaceful place, perfect for relaxing. Surrounded by animals, including horses, this natural setting is soothing. The little extra: the sauna accessible at any time, with a magnificent view of nature. A real haven of peace, highly recommend!

We were there with eight people and had enough space for everyone. Two bathrooms are clearly an advantage with so many people. In nice weather, you could enjoy the balcony. Everything was clean, bright and friendly. After consultation, we were even able to enter the apartment a little earlier. Nice restaurants are within walking distance.

The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay. Cedric and his family are very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed spending a weekend on their farm. The alpacas are a great addition, very nice to meet them.

The place is in a quiet and safe location. The house offers everything you need and as a bonus the house has its own parking space. We were cycling in Dortmund, so for us everything was about 5 km away (center, Borussia, city parks). Dortmund is a beautiful city full of green. On the spur of the moment, the three of us spent 2 days in Manfred's beautifully located house, quiet with a wonderful view. From there, we could make wonderful excursions into the surrounding area. We immediately felt very comfortable, the house and property are clean and lovingly maintained. Bathroom very small with shower. Bedroom small and friendly, kitchen offers everything you need (hot water takes a long time..) A kind of winter garden invites you to linger in the evening. Absolutely recommended for people with a love of nature in a beautiful retreat.

The apartment was clean, spacious and located in the centre of Altena: a bakery almost in front of the house and the castle only a couple stairs away. Everything was beautifully decorated and the kitchen looked brand new. There were a lot of games available and the dishwasher was a unexpected bonus! Two notes: the two-person bed downstairs is not very big, and the couch is comfortable for three people, four if you squeeze (this we knew before hand). The communication with Kai was great. We had a very nice stay with 5 people! I would recommend this apartment! :)

Also a great Italian with good food is within walking distance. The apartment is nice, modern and clean. I was able to relax in the sun on the balcony. Simply great. I'm booking it now 1 week later. Then I stayed with Mrs. Schirp for 4 weeks. 🥰 I'd love to come back.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Check-in worked very easily directly with Oli as the host. The apartment is very nice, absolutely clean and corresponds to the pictures. It is quietly located in the countryside in Altenkleusheim without traffic noise and the like. On the small terrace you can relax and enjoy a coffee, tea or wine with a view of the garden. The equipment is good, you can find everything you need. The highlight for us was the sauna, which we used on two rainy days of our stay. Afterwards, cuddling up by the fireplace in the living room is already premium🤩. And the surroundings are beautiful. Hiking at the Listertalsperre, at the Biggesee & Co. is fun and ensures pure relaxation and a good mood. Oli as a host was very attentive and always available/responds quickly to messages and also gave us great tips for exploring the area. We would therefore be happy to come back☺️.

It was our second stay at the apartment and we were very satisfied as last time. Very spacious, very tidy and the Arcadeon was easily accessible on foot. Communication and check-in went smoothly.

We were only there for a few days, but would have liked to stay longer. Merle and her husband are wonderful hosts and the apartment is beautiful. We'd love to come back again if we're in the area.
