It has an area of 40 square meters, which extends over two levels comprising living room with dining area, sofa bed, wardrobe, kitchen with crockery 4 ring hob and oven, bathroom with large shower. On the second level is the master bedroom, a closet, and a private bathroom with shower. The two bathrooms and separate rooms make it ideal for 4 people comfortably or two couples. Well located in a sunny and quiet position among the alleys and courtyards typical of the historic center Ortigia. In just a few minutes walk you can get to the market, shops, restaurants and the solarium. To make your stay as pleasant as possible you will find a courtesy kit for bathrooms and for kitchen, linen, towels . Possible rent beach towels. The house is equipped with toaster, electric kettle, TV, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
