Beautiful place, in a strategic position, at a walking distance to a lovely beach (Pantanello's), perfect also for kids. Great staff, breakfast, cleanliness. We loved everything about our stay, in particular, the in-room services included in the price (complimentary drinkable water, coffee-making machine) and very much appreciated.

Mima, her husband and daughter were very welcoming hosts. The room was really clean and had everything we needed. There is always parking space in front of the house. They gave us amazing restaurants recommendations. The breakfast was very generous, Mima is a great cook. Very very recommended!

Very generous airbnb in a renovated farm between the orange trees. We had a great holiday here and received every morning local breakfast. Very friendly hosts, and also beautiful wintersun during the whole week! Thanks a lot to the hosts! It was great to relax!

The apartment is in a great location and super clean. Opposite is a fruit stand around the corner, a shop with delicacies. Martina has also allowed a very late check in. And the room was cleaned every day I can't say anything about breakfast and pool, because we drove to the rest of the family, who also lived on site. Thank you Martina (Milan and Paola)

I was in Syracuse for a week language course. The place was super close to the language school and I felt very comfortable with Valerio! You can walk a bit (about 30 minutes) to Ortigia, but there are also many nice bars, cafes and restaurants near the property. Very close, you can also walk wonderfully by the sea on the steep coast and enjoy a fantastic view! Valerio is also a super nice, accommodating host - can only recommend it warmly!

The apartment is really good with what is shown in the photos. The tenth of us spent a wonderful week there. We had the whole apartment to ourselves. The layout of the rooms was very good, it is really convenient that each room has its own bathroom. The balconies were also better than expected, there are several of them. The service was great, we always had new towels and good cleaning. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked a lot and there was also salt and spices. The kitchen is very nice. Avola is a nice, quiet little town that is well suited to start activities from there. Glad to come back!

An evocative place surrounded by citrus grove, a great location to reach the beaches and the most beautiful places. Mrs. Maria's courtesy and kindness accompanied us throughout our stay with her wonderful tips on places to see. The excellent breakfasts accompanied by the delicious jams prepared by them, and the sympathy and kindness of Giusy during breakfast in the morning that made the day always start with a smile. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely come back...

A really lovely place, super relaxing and welcoming. Super clean room and bathrooms, plenty of breakfast and the gentleman who served us the super helpful and very nice breakfast was a pleasure to chat with him. Nice pool and very pleasant environment. I recommend it ❤️

The owners make you feel pampered, it seems to come from someone who has already been kind enough to pick us up at the bus station and gave us a quick tour to see beaches, bus stops and restaurants they recommend. The B&B's location is convenient, quiet, and perfect for any type of traveler. The rooms have everything you need, and are elegant and modern. The breakfast is very good. The kindness and cordiality of the owners is unique and hard to find.

This is the first experience my husband and I have ever had with Airbnb and, as we found ourselves in this property, there will certainly be many more in the future. Tiziana s b & b is perfect, clean, well kept, nice and relaxing surroundings Although on a busy road it was not a problem. The breakfast is perfect and Tiziana very helpful and proactive. I recommend it for staying while visiting the area.

Great accommodation near Syracuse (only 15 minutes by car to the archaeological park). Fully decorated with a reminder of Sicily with a splendid aesthetic result. Well-decorated room with a large balcony and with attention to detail, including courtesy kits, welcome sweets on the nightstands, and the fridge with water bottles and fruit juices. Impeccable cleanliness. Included in the price is abundant self-service breakfast with a wide choice. Very helpful and friendly owner, she promptly described all the services of the property. Highly recommended!

The place is in a good location, close to Ortigia and with many things to do around. The room is big, clean, with a nice small balcony and view over the lovely streets. Anna was really nice and welcoming and helpful with everything and made us feel like home. We really appreciated everything she did for us and highly recommend her!

I had already figured from the photos that the rooms were new and clean, they really surprised me for the perfection and the details, super recommended accommodation and the host (Andrea) is super available for any information from the moment of booking. I will definitely keep this in mind for other future weekends in the area 🥰

The room is new, well furnished and comfortable. Very spacious bathroom. The bed could risk it to say it is better than our house. Super nice host, attentive to needs and ready to give useful advice. The breakfast bar is also super, the brioche with the ricotta will not be easily forgotten. Thank you very much. If we go back to Syracuse we will definitely stay here again.

The property is very beautiful and well maintained. It's a little paradise! The view from the terrace is amazing!! The tiny House is very cute and very clean. Coffee is available. Mauro also offers a homemade breakfast with his products but we did not have time to enjoy it. In summary, very welcoming and very friendly owner, impeccable accommodation and magnificent view. I would highly recommend it!!
