The house is very cool! It is close to the sea and has a sensational infrastructure. In addition, Carol was very receptive and easy to communicate with.

Priscila, was attentive at all times and pending upon our arrival. Always very well prepared and helped us with clear directions and recommendations. The place is much better and nicer than the pictures. It is very well equipped, nothing is missing, with excellent decor and modern and high quality equipment. It is located in a very quiet area, and close to everything.

It was an excellent stay. The clean, smelling, organized house and the very kind and helpful host. The house space was great for my family. We love it.

Both the house and Jolantha's attention met all our expectations. The house, in addition to being large and comfortable, has a very special candor. You can see Jolantha's good taste in every detail (paintings, books, music, etc.). Despite how cute Praia Brava is, you also want to stay in the house enjoying it. The neighborhood is very quiet and gives you access to the most exclusive part of the beach. Communication with Jolantha was always very easy and cordial. Always pay attention to our consultations. The early check-in flexibility is also very appreciated. To return to Praia Brava I do not doubt that I would do it at Jolantha's house. 10 out of 10.

The housekeeper Sonia welcomed us and gave us all the instructions and details of the place. All rooms were clean, organized and organized with impeccable bed linen and towels. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent and is a 5-minute walk to the beach (the beach is also very good with adequate structure with bar, restaurants and bathroom). The only detail to note is that the listing says there are surveillance cameras only outside, but inside the house there are at least 4 between the TV room, living room, kitchen and common area of the upper floor. This made us initially uncomfortable and when we asked Simon he assured us that they were all turned off. I think if they don't work they could remove them for greater comfort. Anyway, we loved it and it is certainly in my plans to return to Antigo Moinho!

We were made to feel very welcome by the whole team. Espaço is wonderful to rest, has many shade trees, scattered nets, game room beyond the orchard and specimen for contemplation that we love! is on the edge of the beach, all very clean, organized and safe. The house itself is small (according to description) but has all necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. TV and air conditioners work well, as do the shower. Every team has always been very much requests when we need it.

Margarete attended us very well, always ready for us to help, gave good tips of the place, indicated good restaurants, pity the weather did not help, sun appeared only on the last day.

Jean Carlos was a good host, he was always attentive to our messages, giving a quick response. The house is very cute and comfortable. In addition it has very good equipment. Condo and its amenities are spotless.

The Chácara has an impeccable structure, with all the necessary kitchen items, such as blender, mixer, large pots and other utensils that made our stay much easier. In addition, the location is excellent, with nearby markets that made everything more convenient. I would also highlight the attention and cordiality of the host, who from the first contact was super helpful, assisting us with all the details of the region and meeting all the needs of my family. I highly recommend it and hope to come back soon!

Great place to stay by the sea. Completed Studio, it is within a gated and secure condo, with complete structure: swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, sports court and private access to the beach. Fantastic place.
