Your satisfaction is my priority in the holiday house, where you can access the azure sea within 5 minutes walking distance, where all your needs can be met among the pine trees. There are 2 sun loungers where you will sunbathe in the garden and open shower if desired on the way back from the sea. When you leave the house and walk down 30 meters, you can swim in the sea and it is free. The house is a cute 3-story villa . There is a living room kitchen and toilet downstairs, 3 rooms and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor and the living room where you will feel yourself in the forest on the top floor.

YOU WILL NOT GET ENOUGH OF THE VIEW ON THE TERRACE. THE WOODEN TABLES ON THE TERRACE AWAIT YOU FOR BREAKFAST AND DINNER WITH A PLEASANT VIEW. WHEN YOU SIT ON THE SWING, YOU CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF THE SEA AND NATURE VIEW. A DREAM VACATION AWAITS YOU. IT CONSISTS OF BEDROOM, LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN, BATHROOM, WC, BALCONY AND TERRACE. IT IS SUITABLE FOR 4 GUESTS.

Vacation home 2 directly on the sea (DENİZE SIFIR YAZLIK)

The vacation home is certified by the Ministry of Tourism. The house is situated in a settlement and is directly connected to a beach promenade. From there, the nearest village of Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy, doctors, weekly market). In front of the house is the sandy beach 50 m away. From the living room, from all bedroom balconies and terraces there is a sea view. The living room and 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. In the house is a Sebil (for drinking water cooling)

You can take advantage of this area in summer and winter according to all weather conditions. Our house consists of 3 rooms, 1 living room and an open kitchen. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and has full sea views. The floor is Italian marble and underfloor heated.
