Cozy, classic mountain cabin with amazing views of the mountain landscape! The cottage has a large living room with a fireplace and exit to the balcony in a sunny south-facing location. The kitchen was replaced a couple of years ago and is fully equipped with a dining table attached, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Sauna is available. Crib is available. Hiking and skiing trails are accessible directly around the corner from the house. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village there is ICA Bua, dog sledding, brewery, etc.

Large mountain cabin in an authentic Jämtland mountain environment. Ski-in/Ski-out in the Gräftåvallen ski system, about 15 minutes to the ski system in Bydalen, and just over an hour to Åre. Gräftåvallen is home to Sweden's largest ski club, and there are 45 km of groomed ski trails directly adjacent to the cabin. The cottage has everything needed for a skiing and mountain vacation, with large living areas, a fireplace and a sauna. In summer, you can just go straight up the mountain and hike. You are close to swimming and fishing opportunities.

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter.
