A conservatory with glass veranda and large sun deck provides another big common space. The cottage is located 150 meters next to Hotagen, with its own swimming area and boat that takes you in 5 minutes to well-known fishing water Hotagsströmmen. In winter you can rent our scooters and use the snowmobile trails off the knot. The cross-country ski trail attracts you at the door.

Herbret and the sauna is a recreational experience! Herbret is 80 meters from Åresjön, 10 meters from the lake stands the sauna, 200 meters is the ski slope Vm8. Nice patio with large lawn available in the back. The tribal estate is located on the same farm. Cats have been in the home.

The wigwam is 20m2 and has a 160x200 real bed with bedding and extra blankets. It is heated with a wood stove for fresh nights. You can cook on an outside firepit, we provide pots, pans, and cutlery, and also wood, and water from our source. You have free access to the lake, canoes, and free sessions at the sauna. A breakfast basket is included.
