At the foot of the Dreisessel Mountain in the southern Bavarian Forest stands a small farmhouse built in 1804. It was renovated in 2023 with great attention to detail and is now available as a vacation home for couples, families, and friends. It has a large balcony and a large terrace with a spacious garden. The beautiful surroundings are ideal for hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing, and downhill skiing (Hochficht). Taking a break from everyday life and slowing down are the main focus here.

The spacious balcony with great views of the mountains of the Bavarian Forest and over Waldkirchen invites you to linger (sunrise! ;) ). 4-minute walk to the heart of Waldkirchen with cafes, restaurants, Garhammer department store and much more. 5-minute walk to the Karoli pool, ice rink and outdoor pool.

Im wunderschönen Bayerwald erwartet euch ein kleines Tinyhouse mit sehr gemütlicher Terrasse die zum entspannen einlädt. Egal ob wandern, langlaufen, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur die Ruhe genießen, alle die die Natur lieben sind hier genau richtig. Rundherum befinden sich Wanderwege und Loipen. No problem on request! Hairdryer, TV, radio, DVD player, games, drying rack, soap, iron, etc. everything on site!

Das Studio ist modern ausgebaut, sehr schön und gemütlich, deshalb möchten wir diesen speziellen Ort der Ruhe und Erholung gerne teilen. Das Studio liegt im 1 Stock auf einem Hof in der Nähe des Bayerischen Waldes/ Böhmerwald. Neben einem schönen Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge sowie Pferdekoppel, gibt es in der Gegend viele Angebote für das sportliche Herz. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Hiking and biking trails are almost right by the house. Within five minutes you can reach Waldkirchen with a thermal bath, a large outdoor pool and an ice rink. There are great shopping opportunities there. Within thirty minutes, ski lifts, treetop path and the national park with bears, moose and other animals.

In and around Waldkirchen you will find numerous cycling and hiking trails, attractions for children, shopping and very good restaurants.

Für Kinder unter 6 Jahren für mehrere Tage weniger geeignet, als Zwischenstop aber perfekt. Kurtaxe inbegriffen.
