This is a 110 sqm, 2-story house for rent, a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the first floor, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, and toilets on the first and second floors. There is parking in front of the house and a smoking area. We are currently flexible with pricing for long-term stays, so please let us know. Our sister guest house, JAPAKU@KADOMA 05, is also available for rent. 　 It is 70 minutes from Kansai Airport, 40 minutes from Shin-Osaka, and 55 minutes from Itami Airport. It is 20 minutes from the Meishin Suita IC and 10 minutes from the Daini-Keihan Sakaimon-Masu IC. There are two supermarkets, AEON and SATAKE (both 2 minutes on foot) near this rental house. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. Sightseeing by car is also very convenient, with an interchange nearby.

We have a Masato Hino Gallery where you can enjoy collaborative works of tanka and photos, as well as watercolor paintings and line drawings that metaphorically depict a mysterious animal society. The nearest spot is a 20-minute drive from Matsuyama Airport 10-minute drive from Iyo Interchange 10-minute walk from JR Iyohokuda Station We will pick you up and drop you off at the nearest station (Iyo Yokota Station) at a possible time and number of people. Dogo Onsen, Matsuyama Castle, the sea, mountains, zoo, and park are all within a 30-minute drive. The fully electric, barrier-free, and wheelchair-accessible interior is safe for small children. There is a pond and field on the 1000 square meter property, and you can catch medaka (during the summer, they hibernate in the winter). In the spring and fall, you can pick loquats and persimmons in the field. You can pick and eat them freely. Enjoy the feeling of a rural villa. Please look at the moon and stars at night and heal your mind. We provide home-grown rice. You can prepare ingredients and make dinner. Great for groups, solo travelers, families with children, and everyone else. Long stays are also recommended.
