Nori, our host provided a comfortable and cosy place for our family of 4. The place is clean and well equipped with more than what we need (e.g baby chair, snorkeling equipment including booties for the whole family even for our toddler!, beach play toys, baskets etc). The house is located in a nice peaceful village with a few cafes within walking distance. Nori is also responsive to any queries we have and very helpful, I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Okinawa and I would love to come back again!

We had a fantastic stay at Johnny’s place! We especially enjoyed the izakaya down the road and it was a great spot to base ourselves to visit Mt Asahi-dake. Johnny is awesome and so helpful and the place is very comfortable - it was a highlight of our trip. Book with confidence!

It's clean, spacious and there is some beautiful coastal scenery nearby. Great value for money.

Awesome place, stayed here with my wife and 7-month old baby daughter for 16 days. For this amount of time we wanted a larger place and for us the slightly longer commute to the main attractions of Tokyo was worth it. Ryota provided us with a playpen, a high chair and a baby bouncer which were all very useful. The bathroom has a full size tub which made it very easy to give our baby a bath. The upstairs tatami room was where we slept and was very nice with the skylight. There is also a room on the ground floor with a western style bed. There is a washing machine and equipment to hang dry clothes. There also a nearby coin laundry with drying machines. Kita-Akabane JR station is a 10-minute easy walk. Very close by is a large grocery store which we went to often as the kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. Overall a great stay if you are looking for a spacious place in Tokyo. It is a quiet, residential neighbourhood and it really feels like you are staying in a home.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

The room is clean, tidy, spacious, we bought some food ourselves, and the kitchen utensils are also well-equipped and convenient.Thanks to the host for the coffee, it was delicious!Unfortunately, it's not yet the season to experience kayaking. I hope to participate in kayaking the next time I come to Xiaodou Island!

When my father and acquaintance came to Osaka from Tokyo, I thought that I would not get tired of being in a business hotel, so I booked this place. Beautiful Japanese houses, chickens, fields, bees... if you live in a place like this, it will be fun and unavoidable every day. My father also said, "It's like Little Turkey!"I seemed to be satisfied, so this time I want to use it when my mother comes.

Such a beautiful, comfortable villa with stunning surrounding views and super peaceful. Could have stayed there for longer! Kazu was super informative from the moment of booking telling us useful information about the area including the fact that there aren’t many restaurants so we were prepared in advance and knew to go to the supermarket which Kazu also provided directions to. Would stay again if I was ever to do the shimanami kaido route again!

I am very satisfied with the immediate response! We could watch TV, Netflix, and YouTube, and it was totally fine even with children! There was also a small supermarket about 5 minutes away by car.You can park two cars, and the inside was very beautiful!I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity!

Super nature oriented, quiet neighbors, walkable secret beach was better than I could have hoped for. Very comfortable beds and pillows and linen (I am used to memory foam bed and although not memory foam bed was super comfortable).

We stayed on a rainy day! The rainy garden was beautiful and charming! The room was spacious and pleasant, and I was able to sleep well! However, there are no restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it would be nice if you could eat in advance or buy snacks when you enter the accommodation:)

It was such a wonderful stay! Even though I booked the day before, I was very relieved to hear back from you right away.They also told me about the delicious sushi restaurant in Kushiro, which increased the enjoyment of my trip. There was a sudden snowfall and my arrival was delayed, but check-in was very smooth and helpful.There were multiple rooms, and it was nice to be able to sleep separately with the children. They also politely taught me how to use the fireplace, and the time to spend around the fire was very warm and impressive.I also had the experience of feeding the horses, and the children seemed to be having fun. Thank you for the location, the amenities, and above all, the warm hospitality of the host.I'd love to stay a little slower next time!

My wife and two dogs stayed with me. It was a pity because of the light rain, but the BBQ was also delicious, and thank you for letting us use the dog run.We also recommend it to everyone. Thanks for your hospitality.

First of all, I was impressed by the beauty of the sunset from that stylish guest house.It was a blissful time watching the sunset slowly from the terrace as a family.The contrast between the orange skies and the sea was beyond words. And the encounter with the captain, the family of the owner of this guest house, made this trip even more special.The captain is just a dive fisherman and is a true sea professional who knows all about the sea in Amami Oshima. The offshore snorkeling guided by the captain has been an unforgettable experience for a lifetime.In the clear sea, I was able to see the elegant swimming turtles up close. They also took us to the best fishing spots that our kids were looking forward to, and we were able to catch more than 20 fish in two hours!The kids were delighted and our parents weren't expecting to catch this much either. The amount of fish I couldn't eat was enough, so I took the time to invite the owner's family to the barbecue, and they happily participated.We were able to hear a lot of local stories of Amami Oshima while surrounded by delicious fish together, and touched the island's culture and people's life.It was a lovely time to touch the warmth of the locals and make it warm. Beautiful sunsets in a stylish guest house, snorkeling with a captain who knows the sea, fishing with the kids, and warm interactions with locals.Our stay at this guest house was an unforgettable treasure for our family. If you are thinking of traveling to Amami Oshima, I would definitely recommend meeting this wonderful guest house and the warm owner.I'm sure it will be a wonderful and memorable trip.

We just stayed again with our dogs. The staff is so friendly and the rooms are clean, spacious and well-designed. We will definitely stay again!

Thanks to the kindness, I was able to share the vegetables in the field, and I had a variety of experiences such as kayaking and BBQ, and I was able to spend a full time.

Absolutely fantastic place, the view is breathtaking. You could spend your days reading and contemplating the sea (which I did). The accommodation is very comfortable and very well equipped. For those who are driving, there is a parking lot nearby. The kindness of the hosts is unparalleled. Thank you again for this bubble of calm and silence in such a beautiful place.

If you want to live in a beautiful cabin in peace, you'll definitely stay here and you won't publish it!The house was also original and I felt that it was really nice to live, and there were a lot of beautiful and relaxing to walk around in the middle of winter, and above all, the hosts responded in a warm atmosphere and were really memorable for three nights!

I stayed for a private stay in GW.I was excited about the single board table and fireplace just after entering the large cabin!It was very spacious, clean, and I was very happy with the number of rooms. Thank you for using the towels for free.Thank you for letting us use shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, emulsion, and even details.　There were also word-of-mouth, so I hope you can always stock up on insect nets and tape. Thanks for your hospitality.It was a wonderful memory!

Very nice and cozy place for the winter time with lots of snow right outside the house. No neighbours around so you can be as loud as you want during the night with plenty of speakers in the house for music. The host was very responsive and was always available for us if we needed any help as he lived close by. There was a shuttle bus right outside the house free of charge going to the geto kogen ski resort and also to the kitakami station. However, if you are planning to stay without a car there are no supermarkets close to the house so all of the shopping should be done before. Overall extremely satisfied with the stay and would definetely recommend for small groups.
