In the nature green, our little cottage is open all the year for a stay in solo, duo or family in a protected environment. Independently, you have access to the heated swiming pool to combine rest and relaxation with the pleasures of bathing. CHALET HAUT VILLIERS Very well insulated, it is cool in summer and heated in winter. The large room has all the equipment necessary for your stay. KITCHEN AREA: There is a mini fridge, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.. and all the necessary utensils to your meals, including barbecue. Do you want to take breakfast or lunch outdoors? Open the large bay window and sit out on your private terrace. SPACE NIGHT: In the same room, sofa bed (BZ 2 pers -140) is new and very comfortable. Mezzanine, a bed 1 pers (90) is accessible via ladder and protected by a railing. An extra bed (90) is at your disposal. A wardrobe welcome your belongings. Linen provided BATHROOM: shower spa, sink and commode Towels AMENITIES: Independent Dry toilets inside the cottage. IN THE PROPERTY IN FREE ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available on request Heated swimming pool and deck. The pool closes with a manual shutter, but your children are your responsibility. It is composed with 1 queen size bed, memory foam mattress, 1 couch, 1 TV, free Wifi, separate complete kitchen ( kettle, fridge, microwave, cooker, coffee maker, dishes), separate bathroom (hair dryer) with large bath and WC, wooden deck, swimming pool 8x5m (open from June to September). Breakfast and bath towels included. Private and secured parking, located at 10 min from Futuroscope Poitiers center city by car.

This stone setting on 2 levels, entirely designed and renovated by Joël and Françoise, with great taste, mixing solid and contemporary wood in the comfort and optimization of spaces. You will enjoy its freshness in summer, its gentle warmth in the cold of winter, in absolute calm; with terrace and private garden. Private swimming pool, open on request from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., shared with the guest room and the owners.

The Gîte du Lilas is close to family-friendly activities, the train station, shops, restaurants, and the FUTUROSCOPE. You'll love this place because of the calm, the shared spaces, and the opportunities to meet people. We are surrounded by nature with animals and close to everything. My place is perfect for sharing a weekend or a vacation as a couple, with family or with friends. Since April 2024, a swimming pool has been available for sunny days. See you soon.
