Surrounded by the Ruhr meadows, on the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path, you will be able to spend a relaxing time here. As a special highlight, you have a direct view of a stork nest a few meters away. At the right time, the stork couple can be observed here during courtship and breeding.

After an enjoyable day in the nature, you can relax in our private Finnish sauna and have a good time by the flames of the pellet fireplace. Our lovingly newly furnished attic apartment with 63 sqm can accommodate up to 3 people. From this accommodation in Lüdenscheid Süd you can walk to the Klinikum Hellersen or the sports clinic. Free parking is right by the house. A bus stop is 100 meters away. The accommodation offers a fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom, bedroom and living room.

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
