Our 1 bedroom apartment with almost 48 sqm was almost completely renovated in winter 2019. The kitchen is fully equipped with air conditioning and in the new season also with television. Instead of the bunk bed, there are 2 single beds in the bedroom next to the double bed. In addition to a new air conditioning system, a new 55-inch TV has been installed In the hallway there is a reading corner with couch, which can be taken out for a 5th person. The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.
