Cozy and modern cottage with a location close to the sea. The cottage is very fresh, built in 2021. It is 30 sqm consisting of bedroom, bathroom and combined living room and kitchen. There is a double bed, 160 cm, and a sofa bed just right for two people, 160 cm. With us, the beds are always made when you arrive. Dining table with four chairs. The cottage is secluded on the hosts' property. Private patio. Swimming area and fishing opportunities about 300 meters away. Perfect for those looking for accommodation outside the city center in a quiet & relaxing environment.

Seaside appartment

Seaside apartment is located wall to wall with the host family's residence. This includes bed linens and towels, made and ready when you arrive. It is an apartment with sea view and proximity to nature reserve with beautiful paths. There is access to the sea with the possibility to swim 50 meters from the apartment. We also have a guest house on the property that is visible in the picture, it is called Panorama Archipelago. Our main residence, which is located wall-to-wall, can be rented when we are away "Villa panorama" both can be rented on Airbnb.

Rural, quiet accommodation on an island in Karlskrona archipelago with its own large garden for relaxation and play, but still close to the city, shopping center and shopping. Many beds, and your four-legged friends are very welcome. Opportunity for fishing is available at the associated jetty, but no boat moorings. Public swimming area at Knipehall, with trampoline 1 km away.

Saltö Guesthouse

Guest house on Saltö in Central Karlskrona (10-minute walk to the city center). Has all the amenities with kitchen, bathroom incl. washing machine, patio. The guest house is 28 sqm plus sleeping loft. The sleeping loft has a 140 cm wide bed, and the sofa is a sofa bed (160 cm) that can be used. Close to Dragsö Camping, Saltö beach and to the city center. Free parking in the area. The guest house is detached on the property, next to the main property. Private entrance. There is access to TV with Chromecast, and channels via the Tele2 app.

Modern cottage only 15 meters from the beach and the pier that leads you into the sea. The property, built in 2019, is beautifully situated on Dunö about 10 minutes (car) south of Kalmar. The cottage includes 25 sqm floor + 10 sqm sleeping loft and has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower. Proximity to jogging tracks and several other bathing areas and jetties. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Enjoy the tranquility in a cozy surroundings, just a stone's throw from the sea and with proximity to the archipelago's gems.

Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Sleeping loft with double bed. Furnished terrace with partial sea view and barbecue.

Modern, and well-equipped house with panoramic westerly sea view in a tranquil and green environment. Boat equipped for fishing is included for a minimum 5 nights stay, see photos for description. The house is spacious with 4 large bedrooms(8 beds), and 2 full bathrooms. There is a beautiful sea view from all rooms, and 3 large terraces to enjoy sun and shade depending on time of the day. Large garden in front of the sea. Close to house is a small bay with flat rocks for sunbathing and swimming.

Cottage in Karlskrona archipelago

A detached house on Saltö, Karlskrona, with sea view and 50 m from the private landing jetty, placed on municipal shore. Access to a small rowing boat is included in the price. The hosts speak English and a bit German. Maximum guests are two adults and two children. The house is situated close to the owners house, but still has its privacy with a large terrace attached and access to an own part of the garden. Cleaning is done by the guests. Bed linen and towels can normally not be provided.
