We were a group of friends of 14 people. Everyone noted the coziness and comfort of this magnificent house. The entire house was spotlessly clean. Well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space for everyone in the shared room. Separately, we want to note how interesting and tasteful interior decor is. It was very interesting for us to look at and discuss all sorts of interesting details . Also near the house there is a magnificent garden available to guests, where we enjoyed walking, playing and grilling . We could enjoy interacting with cute and affectionate cats and a dog in the garden. The hosts of the house are friendly and helpful. When we had any questions they were easily accessible, but completely their presence nearby in the house was completely unnoticeable. We are all perfectly satisfied with the weekend spent in this house. Thank You

We had a great stay at Staniszowska Przystań. The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We did a lot of hikes, visited nearby castles and palaces, and ate at the restaurants the owners recommended. Everything was great and the food was delicious. We will definitely stay there again.

The time with Lucie and Milan was a wonderful experience. The location of the apartment is, if you like it quiet, very nice! You can be in the national parks in 15-25 minutes. Thank you for the wonderful time, we would be happy to recommend you. It was great 🤙 Charlotte & Alex see you soon

Super cute and modern house, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Really cosy as well with the log burner, despite the snow outside. Just what I needed as a base for a couple of days of hiking in the nearby hills and woods. Beautiful scenery! I was a little worried about managing without a car but Artur was super kind and offered to drive me if needed. In the end I stocked up on food before arriving and was able to access two days of hiking on foot from the house. Artur is a lovely guy and thoughtful host. All the basics are there - cooking ingredients, toilet paper, shower gel, soap, laundry powder, dishwasher tablets. I’d stay again for sure!

I had a fantastic stay! The location was very easy to find, with free parking available. It’s conveniently close to the city, yet the surroundings are peaceful, quiet, and offer great privacy. The apartment itself was spacious and provided a very comfortable stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the lovely outdoor area with a table and chairs under a marquee—perfect for relaxing. Marcin and Halina were wonderful hosts—friendly, helpful, and always easy to reach. Great place to stay in Karpacz. very quiet neighborhood, but only a few hundred meters from the main street. The apartment is clean and modern, with an underground garage. We didn't miss anything during our stay. Highly recommend.

We went on holidays to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and all those housekeeping and shopping responsibilities that usually accompany the festive festivities. Beautiful neighborhood, lovely place to relax, great and hospitable people. Home-cooked food nearby.. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back. The apartment is located perfectly as a starting point for your hikes. It’s well equipped and comfortable. Nice balcony with the stream flowing just under it, perfect for a coffee in the morning, or a beer at the end of a tiring day.

Great place! Great location, right next to the Norwegian Park, perfect for trips to nearby towns. Beautiful surroundings, peace and quiet. The apartment is very nice, clean and well-maintained. Well-equipped kitchen, sunny balcony, clean bathroom, fast internet, easy check-in. I definitely recommend it!

We are already here for the 2nd time and the 3rd time is already booked - that alone should say enough! ;-) Because like last time we were not disappointed and it was all wonderful - we had an incredibly relaxing week in the apartment and were happy to sit on the bench in the sun in front of the house in the best weather! Nice place as a starting point for active holidays. We stayed with a family with 3 children and were very happy with the accommodation. The kids enjoyed the areas inside and outside. Adršpach, trutnov, pec pod snezkou just a stone's throw away. Despite not having met Joseph in person, he was friendly and reactive. Recommended

Cozy little apartment with extensive amenities. If you like to cook, you will feel comfortable here. There were two of us and we had enough space. With more people, it might get a little tight. Russell was always easily accessible and supported us well. The nearby area offers various wonderful winter sports grounds that old can be reached quickly and easily. The property also offers a lot of board games and a puzzle, which we have tackled with joy. We had a great time here.

Absolutely fabulous! Rob’s family is very pleasant, very flexible and the place is very stylish. Would recommend to everybody. (-:
