A quiet neighborhood in the middle of the lower Karpacz, surrounded by meadows with nice visits of roe deer, deer and rabbits. At the same time, it is close to the center (10 minutes on foot). Magnificent views of the Karkonosze and Rudawy mountains. It is a perfect place for dog owners - walking areas with wild meadows just behind our fence. The facility is located in the picturesque village of Marczyce only 4 km from Cieplice Term, towards Karpacz. Level 1 (65 m2) two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom. Level 2 (30 m2) is a bedroom for two people and a seating area. The apartment is designed for 4–8 people. Area 1.5 ha/0.34 ha forest. A place for a bonfire.

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. Welcome to a 48 sqm apartment, situated 200 meters from the National Park of Giant Mounts border. It is the only apartment in this building. Below there is a sauna for Guests and a private garage. You will find here place for up to 4 Guests. We installed central heating and a fireplace. Apartment Jagodka has a sunny 10 sqm balcony, living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, elegant bathroom and a bedroom. There is also a free parking place for Your car/cars.

Beautiful views of the Chojnik Castle and the Karkonosze Mountains. There are rural buildings and farms in the area.
