Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Kiefersfelden

We stayed here for the weekend and felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather was very bad, all the more beautiful that the apartment was so cozy. We are happy to be able to test the balcony again in better weather:)

Very nice place to stay. A little outside and therefore depending on the bus or by car. Super nice hiking trails that you can start from the house. Kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. Everything super clean :) recommended

The apartment is in a very nice area. We were very pleased. Lisa was extremely nice. We had our big daughter with us who was not planned for the trip and Lisa was very fair about the additional payment. Highly recommended!

Great place to spend afew nights on a ski trip

Great apartment in Munich. It is big, clean and comfortable. It was easy to find, the instructions for the checkin were crystal clear, and a big plus for me was the underground parking garage. The only awkward thing was trying to open the lock-box in a public space in rain, with people around me, but I guess that‘s the only possibility available on site. Markus was extremely friendly and communicative, he was very quick to reply to all my messages. I can only recommend him as a host and the apartment.

We were well received by Petra and Benedict. The shared laundry room and drying room for skis and ski boots offers plenty of space. The bedrooms are spacious and all necessities were present in the kitchen of the apartment. The advantage of the location is that it is very quiet and you have a beautiful view over the valley. The downside is that you depend on your own car or taxi.

We were lucky to find this beautiful apartment. It offered everything that is important for a 2-week stay: quiet neighborhood, a huge balcony surrounding the apartment, cozy living/ dining area and a small but fine kitchen. Of course, it's great that the car could be parked in the underground garage. The apartment is close to the town center (Edeka, cafés, post office, etc.), for gliders also in the immediate vicinity of the DASSU (you can also see the planes from the balcony). Worthwhile destinations are within reach: Reit im Winkl, Salzburg, Ruhpolding, Rosenheim, to name just a few, not to mention the magnificent mountains (Steinplatte, Winkelmoos Alm, Kampenwand, the Berchtesgaden mountains and much more). For the hot season, various thermal baths in the area and lakes offer a cooling off. Conclusion: a wonderful holiday, we would love to come back.

- Really very nice place to stay - Good equipment in the kitchen - Warm welcome -faster check-in -Very nice wellness area -Large room for skis and shoes - Ample parking right by the property - Very clean 2 things that bothered me a little was once that you can't regulate the heating yourself, but on request, it was immediately complied with and adjusted accordingly. The other was that you have no way to put your clothes apart from a large closet where you have a compartment and otherwise only a clothes rail. Except for this little thing a great stay and we would definitely go there again.

Wolfger is a great host. A man of culture and generosity. He loves to share his life experiences and create new ones with his guests. The apartment is within 7 minutes walk of Neuperlach Zentrum Ubahn, from where you can be in Central Munich within 15 minutes. The shopping centre at Neuperlach Zentrum has every shop you could expect, and there are plenty of places to eat if Wolfger can't tempt you with a homemade dish.

We had a lovely stay! From start to finish, Andy was kind and helpful, and we very much enjoyed the accommodations. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was a perfect spot for our group of 3 travelers, and we found it very easy to get all around the city from the nearby transit stations. Would happily stay here again!

I’ve written reviews of Adrian’s place before but it’s worth repeating that he’s is a wonderful host, and the place suits my needs perfectly.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was extremely clean and very nicely decorated, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. Communication with the host was excellent. We highly recommend this apartment and would come back any time!

We had a wonderful time in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The house is located in an idyllic setting – perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Everything was very well maintained and lovingly furnished, you can immediately tell that a lot of heart is put into the work here. Lisa and Max were simply great: despite many inquiries, they always took the time to support us in a friendly and helpful way. They were very eager to fulfill our every wish and made sure that we could feel completely comfortable. You rarely experience so much commitment and cordiality! We can absolutely recommend this place and will be happy to come back. Thank you for these wonderful days!

Great hosts! We arrived to get the keys and were treated to beer and food in the refrigerator. The space was great for our purpose with easy access to buses and trains to Octoberfest and Bayern Munich. The space was as promised and they were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a base for exploring the area!!!

A great self contained room in an amazing location. The access to the wellness centre and the Stubai Super Card were also big plusses. I ended up staying here by accident as Innsbruck was too busy and it has to be one of the best happy accidents I have ever had on a holiday. Beautiful views, fresh air and a lovely atmosphere.

The house was a perfect place to stay for our family. It fit a group of 8 with no problem and it gave us a nice atmosphere to gather in the mornings and evenings. The train station was minutes away by foot for going into the city center. Janka, our host, was incredibly friendly and quickly responded to our messages. We highly recommend this location to anyone with a bigger group who wants to stay in Munich.

Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

Full equipped and lovely place

Cornelia was an excellent host. She met with us upon check in to explain all of the intricacies of the home, she was kind and so easy to work with. It was close to shops, bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores. We absolutely recommend her home and would stay here again!

Ideal stay for 4 adults (1 couple). Plenty of space and well stocked kitchen. Decent local amenities and travel to/from Munich is frequent and straightforward approx. 30 minutes.

Very generous and extremely clean house that has a lot to offer. Everything you need for a relaxing and cozy vacation is available in and around the house. We can only recommend this address. Many thanks to the attentive and nice hosts Sonja and Klaus.

also very helpful with many short-term changes and no problem to implement them. be it a spontaneous rebooking of the desired period, one more person and individual wishes for more "single" sleepers than normal. I can only highly recommend the hostess!

Katharina’s house was very nice and had everything we needed. There is someone living in an attached unit so we could hear them when we were in the kitchen/dining room area. We felt like we had to be super quiet when we were in there.
