The main train station, the city center and nature are a few minutes' walk away. The lovingly furnished apartment on the 2nd floor is bright and friendly. For self-catering, there is a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic stovetop, oven and fridge. A nice new bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. TV + DVB-T2 antenna and Internet connection via Wi-Fi.

Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
