The annexe which is self contained is fully fitted out for four guests.It has a modern interior and is a new building (3yrs old). We live in a small pretty village with historical roots going back to Robert the Bruce.We are very central and 20 minutes from motorway taking you to Edinburgh (45mins).Perth (30mins) St Andrews(40mins).A great local hotel within 150 mts.Keen walkers can walk up the local Lomond hills and get wonderful views over Loch Leven.The gliding centre is 500 mts.Lots to do.

The Haven Hut, warm, cosy and cute.

The Haven is a warm, cosy, quirky, very small hut set in a beautiful garden. It is perfect for a single traveller but does sleep two people and includes a welcome basket. If you are looking for a simple, outdoorsy place to stay where you can self-cater in the outdoor kitchen, bbq or walk into the village for a pub meal, the Haven is for you! It is easily accessible for those with or without their own transport, with regular bus services to Edinburgh, Perth and Dundee. A perfect getaway!

Free private carparking right beside loft in courtyard . 10 minutes east of Dunfermline , 10 minutes from Aberdour beach , close to M90 and A92. Bus service is 10 minutes walk to crossgates . Park and ride at Halbeath interchange provides excellent links throughout scotland , Edinburgh city centre and Edinburgh airport are roughly thirty minutes away by car x

Ashtrees Cottage is in a beautiful rural location and has Loch Leven Nature Reserve on its door step. The Balgedie Toll Tavern & Levens Larder both less than 10 minutes walk from the Cottage. Its a great place to explore towns and villages around the East Neuk of Fife, Edinburgh, St Andrews, Gleneagles, Stirling and Glasgow all within 60 minute drive. Its a great place to base yourself if you are planning to explore the Lowlands and Southern Highlands of Scotland.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.

The house is situated in Kinross in a quiet residential area and which is a short walk from the beautiful Loch Leven. It is a short walk to all the facilities including restaurants and pubs. Kinross is ideally situated to visit Glasgow, Edinburgh or the North. Edinburgh is only 30 minutes drive or leave the car and take the bus which you can get 5 minutes walk from the house. The area itself is great for walking and just getting out in the fresh air.

Located at the foot of the Lomond Hills regional park and a short walk to the edge of Loch Leven nature reserve at Springfield Farm Bothies there is plenty to explore. Our Bothies include en-suite, kitchen area with open plan living and double bed. A fully glazed frontal area so you can enjoy the views and sunrise over the open countryside. After a day of exploring sit back and relax in your own private Hottub and star gaze under the night sky.
