It is a renovated 1+1 apartment (one room 2 beds +1 extra bed/sofa, hallway with kitchenette and refrigerator and separate toilet with shower. Parking in front of the family house.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. The house has a newly remodeled attic with six beds although after agreement wih the owner extra matraces may be added on the floor.
