Super friendly host , apartment is clean and location is very beautiful.

We were able to recharge our batteries in Gerald's cozy apartment. The area was absolutely quiet and perfect for long walks with our dog. Communication with Gerald was extremely good. He was always striving for transparency and went to great lengths to make our stay pleasant. Thank you for the wonderful time! We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful, well-kept, spacious and well-equipped apartment with large covered terrace overlooking the large garden, the promenade and the lake. Pleasantly cool in the height of summer, as it is a lower ground floor. The beach from the adjacent Hotel Birkenhof, which I could use for free, is less than a minute away. It is only a few minutes' walk to the center, where there are some very good restaurants. Would book again anytime!

Accommodation was as described, especially the private lake access we liked (the shore is almost continuous in private hands) and in the evening we had the sun on the spacious balcony. Tasteful and practical.

Me, my husband and our 2 dogs stayed at Dafinas's place for a few days and we totally loved it. It was very clean. The amenities was exactly as described, one has to only bring clothes and everything else is provided. We enjoyed swimming right in front of the house. We will definitely coming again.

Spacious apartment, good beds, with small balcony overlooking the lake. Small fridge and coffee machine available. Fitness/ and spa area with indoor and outdoor pool were included. We had a pleasant stay with two small children at the lake. The lake view is stunning! Very nice hosting. pool, sauna, games... a little extra to have a good time. We would highly recommend!

Felix is rightly named Superhost! He picked us up from the train station, showed us everything in the pretty apartment (location phenomenal!) and also lent my husband his board. On the day of departure, Felix informed us about the rail replacement traffic... it couldn't be better! And the lake on the doorstep is a dream!!! Thank you!

We visited Petra for the second time and again very satisfied. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. The direct lake access and the sunbathing area are beautiful. For us as a family with small children, the optimal place to take a vacation.

Christoph and his mother were very friendly and very responsive. The apartment was extremely clean, corresponded to the pictures and is located in an outbuilding. It was very quiet and we could be completely for us. The sauna is in the main building and was not used by us. The washing machine is not in the apartment. We were able to drop off the laundry and got you back washed. Very good restaurants and a supermarket were within walking distance. Parking spaces were more than sufficiently available on the property. The entire property and the private estate is very well maintained. We felt very comfortable. The train station is also a few minutes away on foot. With the Wörthersee Pluscard, we were able to take the S-Bahn for free. We were happy to use this opportunity to drive to Klagenfurt and Velden and we were able to leave the car. Conclusion: Highly recommended, we will be happy to book this apartment again.

Top apartment in a great location (beach, public beach, supermarket all within 5-10 minutes' walk). The apartment has a large terrace with awning. The only drawback is the busy road directly below the terrace. However, it was less of a problem for us, as we were out of the house most of the time and the windows completely shield the street noise at night.
