Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett und ein kleines Schlafsofa, im Wohnzimmer eine ausziehbare Couch, die entweder für ein Pärchen oder zwei kleine Kinder geeignet ist. In der Wohnung haben unsere Großeltern gelebt, deshalb ist das Wohnungsinventar schon älter und es weist Gebrauchsspuren auf. Es können LW- Produkte bei uns gekauft werden.

Shopping and cinema are a 5-minute walk away, and the bus stop is around the corner. Also ideal for families with children due to the many activities for children (sandbox, trampoline, children's pool, etc.)

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.
