Die Bushaltestelle, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Arzt, Apotheke, Friseur, Fitnessstudio, Kaffeehaus...sind 3 bis 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ins Zentrum und zum Krankenhaus fährt man 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und eignet sich sehr für längere Aufenthalte. Der gratis Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus.

Neben den bekannten Ausflugszielen in der Region wie der Tscheppaschlucht, dem Bodental oder mehreren Badeteichen befindet sich auch der Wörthersee und die Klagenfurter 28 Black Arena (Wörthersee Stadion) in gut erreichbarer Nähe.

Relaxed vacation on the farm in the picturesque Rosental. The apartment is located in the center of Wellersdorf. 3-4 persons will fit In the bedroom there is a double bed and a small sofa bed, in the living room there is a pull-out couch, which is suitable for either a couple or two small children. Our grandparents lived in the apartment, so the apartment inventory is older and shows signs of wear. LW products can be purchased from us.

Gradisch Forester's Lodge

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.
