The small holiday cottage is located at the foot of the Singerberg (hike about 1 h) in the small mountain village of Windisch Bleiberg in the middle of the Karavanke mountains at 900 meters above sea level. The house is situated in a very quiet location and yet in the middle of the Alpe-Adria area. 1.5 hours drive to the Slovenian coast of Istria, 50 minutes to the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana and not to forget the many Carinthian lakes in the immediate vicinity. The cottage is only equipped for 2 people and max. 1 pet (!no children)

Private lake access and your own swimming bay are in the immediate vicinity. The path is located next to an apple orchard and flower meadows, the lake is within walking distance of about 200 meters. The modern wooden bungalows are located directly on the Drauradweg [Drau cycle path], a highlight for cycling enthusiasts.

Perfectly located as a starting point for hikes and bike tours in the surrounding mountains, relaxed walks or swimming trips. The proximity to Lake Wörthersee, Klagenfurt and events such as Ironman, GTI meeting/XS Carnight, European Bike Week (Harley Davidson) or events in the Klagenfurt Stadium make the accommodation ideal for active vacationers and event visitors.

Hikes, trail running routes and mountain tours in the Karawanks begin right outside the front door. Inside, you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of light and a panoramic view.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. We have renovated and expanded this house, which my great-aunt built in the 1960s, over the past two years to live here and continue to give guests the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful place.
