In our super cozy basement apartment you are only 250 m from the Moselle. Less than a 10-minute drive and you can reach the beautiful old town and city center of Koblenz by bus or car. On 40 m², a high-quality 1.80 m x 2.00 m box spring bed awaits you in which you will sleep heavenly, 2 large windows with plenty of light despite the basement and a fully equipped kitchen. On a small corner sofa you can relax in the evening in front of the 48-inch TV. The bathroom is separate (shower).

Welcome to the beautiful Koblenz on the Rhine and in our lovingly designed apartment in the district of Lützel! The apartment is 94 square meters and is located on the 1st floor of a 6-family house without an elevator and can be used for 6 people. The old town is 5 minutes away on foot and the bus and train can be reached in 2 minutes. Since my mother lives in the neighboring house, there is always a contact person who also likes to give good tips:-)

Cheap, separately located accommodation in the converted basement. Height approx. 2.05 m, so not for TALL people) Two separate bedrooms with bed (180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200) TV and seating. The 3rd room offers access to the toilet and bathtub... There is a small kitchenette, with microwave, small oven and 2 induction hotplates for warming up food & preparing small dishes. Cozy and each room has cable TV.

The apartment is centrally located in a single-family house on the ground floor. There is a box spring in the living-bedroom. Sofa bed, 2 armchairs, aisle, asphalt, coffee table, sideboard and TV. The small kitchen is furnished in the spoon area and has a dining area for 2 people. The price of the apartment refers to one person, every extra person will pay €15 extra.
