Great new house with two full bedrooms. Had a good rest.

A great place to stay close to the city. Quiet , great views and very cozy! And it's important that you can bring pets!

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

The place is in the owners garden. But you didn't feel disturbed! The host was very accommodating and took care of the concerns directly. The place was very clean and is designed for 4 people. I have to give a minus point for the shower. After showering, the whole bathroom is wet and you have to mop it as the shower is not separated. Also, there was either only hot or cold water. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.

We celebrated New Year's Eve with our family in this beautiful house. The space is comfortable expectations. A brand new townhouse has just been renovated. Everything is new and fresh. The mega beds are comfortable and comfortable. All appliances and tableware are available for longer stays. The host is very friendly and helpful to the host. At our request, we brought home a Christmas tree and toys, for which we were grateful! We will definitely come back for a next time

Birthday was great! Thank you Vladimir for the offer, I previously sent a video of the house, quickly agreed on the number of guests and the cost. We were met by Maggie, very nice and friendly. The house has everything, clean and tidy. We were 20 people, but there were 10 left for the night. There was enough space for everyone) A large courtyard area, there is a table and a grill, a smoking area. Inside there are two living rooms, many chairs and tables. The kitchen has all the amenities. Hot water, wifi, karma. Check out was super easy. The holiday was definitely a success) Thank you again, we will recommend it!

We had such a great stay here! The house was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and filled with natural light from the big panoramic windows. The views of the green mountains were absolutely beautiful and made the whole place feel peaceful and relaxing. It’s in a great location too — just a short walk to the beach, only 1 km from the botanical garden, and about 20 minutes from downtown Batumi. The host was fantastic — super responsive and even gave us a ride around the neighborhood to get familiar with the area. Really appreciated the extra effort! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We (five people) were met at the airport. It was brought to the place. The house is beautiful both outside and inside. The photos don't do it justice. The area near the house is well-maintained. The house is clean, cozy and everything is provided for living and relaxing. The hosts are hospitable, thoughtful, and always available. The vacation was great. Many thanks to Temuri and his family. A lot of experience and pleasure from the trip. Recommended. There is a mountain river nearby. Swimming in it is unforgettable.

House as in the photos. Situated in the common area with other holiday homes. The hostess lives in the next house and always helped on arising questions. Where is everything you need in house. In the backyard a cozy location with a table and a hammock. To the beach 5 minutes walk. To the central market 5 minutes walk. Very pleasant owners!

Great place with amazing view! Perfect for family vacation!

We had a wonderful time at the Airbnb! Lela brought us a delicious coffee from time to time and was always helpful. We felt right at home and were super welcomed, also the neighbors in the village were super sweet! The view from the balcony was beautiful and also the apartment sparkling clean! Walking in 10 minutes you are down by the sea and shortly before there is also a supermarket and restaurant. We had a great time :) Thank you for everything!

The hotel is just beautiful! The beach is 5 seconds away! The hotel is new, the territory is very well-groomed and cozy! The number is 10 on a 5-point!))The room was chosen with garden and mountain views. There are rooms with a wonderful sea view. There is parking for your car. The host welcomed us like family. It's a shame we only stopped for one night. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend to everyone for a great vacation!

Amazing Host. when I was in trouble, her whole family helped us. Host couples both are very kind and her son speaks English very well. my heart so touched while stay here. room is big and bed is comfortable. Host gave us Wine for welcome presents. We absolutely loved Maia’s place: it’s serene, with beautiful plants and trees outside, just minutes from the beach. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, there are two bedrooms, and a comfy lounge area with sofas and armchairs. Two beautiful terraces are so nice! We felt like we were at home and would love to come back! Thank you, Maia!

Me and my friends have spent 8 pleasant days in this beautiful house. What we've liked: - Everything is very beautiful! - The house is located in close proximity to the sea, the beach is clean and more often empty. A sea view from almost every point of the yard - There are many equipped zones in the house and around it – 8 people can spread out to different spots and work/relax without disturbing each other. - Privacy: We felt quite isolated, there was a feeling of a cozy nest. The only thing is that a couple of times the housekeeper came into the territory without warning, but we asked her not to do that anymore - Arrangement of the house and outdoor kitchen: there was everything necessary for life – kettles, two large refrigerators, lots of kitchen utensils, two stoves, an oven, dishes, a hair dryer, an outdoor shower, enough towels, sun loungers What : - Railway is in 10m from the house gates - One toilet for 8 people might be inconvenient. But there's an outside shower

Nice and quite comfortable place. There is everything one possibly needs for both short and long stay.

Awesome 2 bedroom cottage with everything you need for a sort or long visit. The area is beautiful and the river is close by to take a refreshing swim. Could not get kinder hosts who checked us in and provided recommendations. Highly recommend if you want to get into the countryside.

Great home with lovely neighbors.

We were six - 3 adults and 3 children. The house is very spacious, there was enough space for everyone. There are two bedrooms, each designed for three each, a large living room with a sofa, a kitchen and a dining room. A big advantage is the terrace, covered with a canopy and a vineyard. Children could be in the fresh air all day, it is very large, with swings, they played ball there and rode scooters)). What is important for children, has a fence and a lockable gate. The hosts Mindia and Irina are very pleasant people, friendly, always in touch, ready to help, met us with delicious Georgian dishes, special thanks for the hospitality! In general, the experience is the most pleasant.

We had a great time at Guram’s and Khatuna’s place. We really felt like home, and all our stay there felt super cozy. Especially during the winter storm that came last month. The place has so many windows and privacy at the same time. Through these windows we watched how the unexpected snowstorm completely changed the landscape around us, we had so much fun. Khatuna and Guram were great and very responsive hosts, and I give all the recommemdations possible! During the summer this place becomes even more beautiful, and it has a lot to offer since its 5 minutes walking from the beach and very close to the Mtirala National Park. 10/10 Thank you Khatuna and Guram for being great hosts, I will definitely come back 🖐🏼
