Unsere gemütliche, individuell eingerichtete Unterkunft ist eine eigene Wohneinheit im Obergeschoss mit eigenem Bad - Dusche/WC einer Single Küche und kleinem stummen Kühlschrank ( 36 Liter ), die nur von unseren Gästen genutzt wird. Gegenüber der kleinen Küche steht in einer Nische die dritte Schlafmöglichkeit. Eine überdachte Sitzmöglickeit steht euch an der Ostseite gerne zur Verfügung. Der kleine, nicht haarende Biewer Yorkshire Pino, aus dem Nachbarhaus besucht uns gerne täglich mal.

The apartment is centrally located in the south of Rosenheim with a good bus connection to the train station or quickly by car on the highway. We offer a newly renovated,tastefully furnished guest apartment for 2 people, in our house in Schliersee/Neuhaus. A living room/bedroom, kitchenette, dining area and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. As well as a south/east balcony with loggia overlooking the Breitenstein and Brecherspitz. We are a non-smoking house, the smoking ban also applies to the balcony and property.
