This is an entire, private apartment for you to stretch out and relax in while you visit the bavarian Chiemsee region. It is perfect for a couple’s getaway, a family vacay or remote working! We’ve included all the must-haves to give you the warmth of home away from home. Minutes from great hiking and biking spots, wellnes, shopping, restaurants and a short drive to all the best sites!

Completely refurbished (mid-2018) 2-room apartment (60 sqm) by the forest with terrace in a small community between Munich and Wasserburg. Free Wi-Fi available. In the living room, a foldable sofa bed (1.35x2 m). Additional beds on request. By car: MUNICH 35-45 min., MUNICH EXHIBITION CENTER 25 min., CHIEMSEE 45 min., AIRPORT 40 min., THERME ERDING 30 min. Studio apartment

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

Staying at the Martl

Quiet and bright apartment in the hiking paradise of Samerberg. Dream location in the countryside, surrounded by meadows, forests and fields. Hiking, swimming, cycling and much more. Close to the Samerberger Filze natural pool, Lake Chiemsee and mountains. Very suitable for bike friends (Samerberg Bike Park) - hikers (Hochries, Heuberg, Kampenwand, Wendelstein...). But also a place to relax and recharge in an idyllic green landscape. We look forward to seeing you.

Our cozy, individually furnished accommodation is a separate residential unit on the upper floor with a private bathroom - shower/toilet, a single kitchen and a small silent refrigerator (36 liters), which is only used by our guests. Opposite the small kitchen is the third sleeping option in a niche. A covered seating area is available to you on the east side. The small, non-haired Biewer Yorkshire Pino, from the neighboring house likes to visit us every day.

It is located in the former barn area of a farm in Höhenmoos. This tranquil place with an extraordinary view is perfectly located for relaxation in nature (mountains, lakes, cross-country skiing, cycling) and excursions in the area (Chiemsee, Simssee, Samerberg, Rosenheim, Munich, Salzburg).
