When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.
