Dear guests, We rent out our approx. 70 sqm trade fair/project/holiday apartment (upper floor & attic, detached two-family house). The highway (A 52) is 4 minutes away, 15-20 minutes to Düsseldorf, the trade fair and Mönchengladbach. On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, hallway as well as the bright, large living room (32 sqm) and adjoining loggia. On the top floor is the bedroom with a view of the fields (sunset). The loggia (south-facing) overlooking the garden invites you to linger.

Right in the center and yet quietly located. Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, is the small but nice apartment. “The Place to be,” in the most beautiful part of the old town. The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

Our garden apartment is on the raised ground floor of an Art Nouveau house from 1906. You have two rooms with a total of 90 square meters at your disposal. A living room and bedroom and a kitchen-living room. All windows and the sunny terrace overlook the garden. Our library invites you to read. Enjoy relaxed and spacious living in a quiet location in the center of Düsseldorf. The large shaker table can also be used for meetings with up to 6 people.

Hi, wir sind Fabian und Joanne, zwei Hotelfachleute aus der Luxus-Hotellerie. In unserem Zuhause haben wir zeitweise Platz und möchten diesen mit Euch teilen. Euer home away from home befindet sich im Herzen Schiefbahns am Niederrhein. Schiefbahn hat eine eigene Autobahnausfahrt und ist somit ideal an Düsseldorf City, Flughafen und Messe (20 Minuten), Mönchengladbach (15 Minuten) und Krefeld (20 Minuten) angebunden. The apartment is centrally located in Düsseldorf - Friedrichstadt. The apartment consists of a dining and living area with a sofa bed (with a continuous mattress) and a bedroom. - Smart TV and balcony. In the separate bedroom there is a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There's a bright, large desk there, too. There, the 3rd person can sleep on the extra bed. The beds are already made and towels are ready.

Unsere Unterkunft ist im Herbst 2020 komplett neu ausgebaut worden. Das Bad, die Küche, der Boden, die Wände - es ist alles neu. Im Ort sind ein REWE und ein Netto fussläufig erreichbar. Es gibt Pizzerien und sonstige Gastronomie. Man ist in wenigen Minuten auf der Autobahn A 46 und A 57 Richtung Köln, Düsseldorf, Neuss und Mönchengladbach.

Vergiss deine Sorgen – in dieser geräumigen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Es ist ein 1,40 x 2 Meter Bett vorhanden, sofern zwei Gäste buchen möchten, wichtig als Hinweis. Die S-Bahn ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Damit kann man Mönchengladbach, Neuss oder Düsseldorf erreichen. Auch Köln ist mit einem Umstieg leicht zu erreichen.
