Dear guests, We rent out our approx. 70 sqm trade fair/project/holiday apartment (upper floor & attic, detached two-family house). The highway (A 52) is 4 minutes away, 15-20 minutes to Düsseldorf, the trade fair and Mönchengladbach. On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, hallway as well as the bright, large living room (32 sqm) and adjoining loggia. On the top floor is the bedroom with a view of the fields (sunset). The loggia (south-facing) overlooking the garden invites you to linger.

Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, is the small but nice apartment. “The Place to be,” in the most beautiful part of the old town. The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Our garden apartment is on the raised ground floor of an Art Nouveau house from 1906. You have two rooms with a total of 90 square meters at your disposal. A living room and bedroom and a kitchen-living room. All windows and the sunny terrace overlook the garden. Our library invites you to read. Enjoy relaxed and spacious living in a quiet location in the center of Düsseldorf. The large shaker table can also be used for meetings with up to 6 people.

Quiet, lovingly furnished guest house in Mönchengladbach - Neuwerk. The old barn is about 60 m² and completely renovated. It offers enough sleeping space for 4 people plus baby/toddler. A workplace is set up, TV & Wi-Fi available. We try to welcome our guests personally to answer questions about the house and its surroundings directly. The A52 and A44 highways are 5 minutes away and the city center is 10 minutes away.

Pretty 2-room apartment

It is a whole apartment on the second floor in a detached house. Communication only takes place via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 must be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to park two bikes safely. For additional towels and bed linen, we charge a usage fee of €5.00 per person.
