The residence is located in the center of Pec pod Sněžkou. There is a ski bus stop in front of the apartment. The building has a restaurant with all-day operation. The apartment is fully equipped, including an elevator. The living room and bedroom have a TV and free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a washing machine. The apartment has a large balcony, its own lockable box (for skis, bicycles) and a garage in the underground part of the residence. Nearby are grocery stores (60m), bakery, post office, pharmacy, tennis courts, wellness.

A cozy apartment in the center of Kowary - a beautiful town hidden between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Rudawy Janowickie. From Kowary, there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, Okraj pass, Skalny Stół), which are a great alternative to the (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. There are also many places worth visiting in Kowary, such as the Underground Tourist Route Sztolnie Kowary, the Miniature Park of Lower Silesian Monuments, or the Museum of Sentiments.

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 11/2025.

Místo je vhodné pro všechny věkové kategorie, rodiny s dětmi a domácími mazlíčky. K dispozici je místo pro grilování. Parkovací stání pod teresou - otevřená garáž. Jelikož si vážíme každé návštěvy, pro každého hosta máme při příjezdu na uvítanou malý dárek.

Kowary Family Apartment

We love the mountains, especially the Karkonosze Mountains. We also love our children, of whom we have three. The result of these loves? We bought and renovated an apartment in Kowary, which can comfortably accommodate large families or a group of friends. The apartment is decorated in white and wood. It is very bright and "fresh" because we completed the renovation in June 2024. So if you are looking for a place that can comfortably accommodate up to 7 adults - you are welcome. :)

The Apartamenty w górach BK facility is located in Karpacz, near the Wang church, the Alpine Coaster mountain railway, the Kolorowa summer toboggan run and 150 m from the Gołębiewski hotel (aquapark, bowling alley, children's playroom and disco). The Marszałka 28 apartment is located on the ground floor of a tenement house located in the very center of Jelenia Góra, 300 meters from the Old Town. It consists of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. Our guests say it is an ideal combination of a base for trips to the Karkonosze, Rudawy Janowickie and Kaczawskie Mountains with the possibility of enjoying the attractions of the center of Jelenia Góra.
