Outside, there is a heated hot tub with a jacuzzi (optional - extra charge), and a playground. The perfect place for walking in the woods (close to trails), cycling, quiet, remote work, winter holidays and summer holidays. There is a place for a bonfire. LTE Internet (WiFi) for guests included. Close to ski slopes in the Czech Republic (Mala Upa, Pec pod Sněžkou) and Czarnów Ski - 5 minutes away.

Undoubtedly, the view of the entire valley is the main advantage of our facility. At any time of the year and time of day - it is always beautiful here! Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

At the foot of the forests, where we rent a trailer, there is virgin tranquility and the tiny house underlines the poetic atmosphere of the region. In such places, the first thing a person sees after waking up in the morning is a deer right outside the window or, at night, a sky full of stars overhead. We manufacture wooden caravans, which strive to contribute to the protection of nature with their sustainable approach and by bringing man back to nature. Our accommodation is part of the ZEVVL®

Cozy apartment in a beautiful town

A cozy apartment in the center of Kowary - a beautiful town hidden between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy. From Kowary, there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, Okraj pass, Skalny Stół), which are a great alternative to the (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. In Kowary, there are also many places worth visiting, such as the Underground Tourist Route Sztolnie Kowary, the Lower Silesia Monuments Miniature Park, or the Museum of Sentiments.

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which had the status of a health resort before the war. The house is in close proximity to the forest on an untamed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, birdsong, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly and the world is experienced more fully and attentively, then come to Wysoka Trawa.

Zen Meadow: Apartment 1

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Kowary Family Apartment

We love the mountains, especially the Karkonosze Mountains. We also love our children, of whom we have three. The result of these loves? We bought and renovated an apartment in Kowary, which can comfortably accommodate large families or a group of friends. The apartment is decorated in white and wood. It is very bright and "fresh" because we completed the renovation in June 2024. So if you are looking for a place that will comfortably accommodate up to 7 adults - we invite you. :)

The glass terrace allows you to enjoy the surrounding beauty of nature from the comfort of the interior. Here you can enjoy a morning coffee or a romantic dinner. There is a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill. And wellness? Forget all your worries in our outdoor year-round hot tub under the open sky!

We invite you to a year-round cottage with a terrace, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue. The garden is large, shared with the hosts. Our cats, dogs and sheep walk slowly and are usually the first to greet guests :) The property is open to a meadow and forest, which runs along a green trail. Undisturbed by city lights, the night sky is full of stars, and the sounds of wild animals can be heard from the surrounding forests.

Forget your worries with these spacious and peaceful interiors. The vast area of the forest park with old apple trees and the comfortable equipment of the house with a sauna, fireplace, billiards and jacuzzi will allow you to relax and unwind away from the crowds. The view of the mountains and Śnieżka is an additional experience. A place for a bonfire will make every evening more attractive.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
