Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

A cozy apartment in the center of Kowary - a beautiful town hidden between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy. From Kowary, there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, Okraj pass, Skalny Stół), which are a great alternative to the (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. In Kowary, there are also many places worth visiting, such as the Underground Tourist Route Sztolnie Kowary, the Lower Silesia Monuments Miniature Park, or the Museum of Sentiments.

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which had the status of a health resort before the war. The house is in close proximity to the forest on an untamed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, birdsong, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly and the world is experienced more fully and attentively, then come to Wysoka Trawa.

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. We love the mountains, especially the Karkonosze Mountains. We also love our children, of whom we have three. The result of these loves? We bought and renovated an apartment in Kowary, which can comfortably accommodate large families or a group of friends. The apartment is decorated in white and wood. It is very bright and "fresh" because we completed the renovation in June 2024. So if you are looking for a place that will comfortably accommodate up to 7 adults - we invite you. :)
