Das Appartement besteht aus einem hellen Wohn- und Schlafraum mit Doppelbett, Couch und einem Fernseher. Es hat eine kleine Küche im Eingangsbereich und ein eigenes Bad. Vom Wohnraum kommen sie auf eine eigene kleine Terrasse im Garten. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und einen Parkplatz.
