Completed in 2020, the 57 sqm vacation home offers two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom + rain shower as well as a Finnish sauna (50-70 degrees) and a wood-burning stove. An ambience that makes even cold and rainy days cozy. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the 40 sqm terrace is directed to the large outdoor area and invites you to relax outside in direct contact with nature. Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Welcome to `Maison Cassis´, a bright and quiet holiday apartment in a charming period building in Ludwigshafen-Oggersheim. The nearby Maudacher Bruch nature reserve invites relaxing walks in green surroundings. Mannheim, Heidelberg and the Palatinate Forest are easily accessible. The apartment accommodates up to two guests and features a private entrance and garden area. A bakery, supermarket and tram stop are just 150 metres away. Lakes, an outdoor pool and restaurants are close by.

Construction trailer on the Mooswiesenhof

A construction trailer awaits you at the back of our farm. It is heated with a small wood-burning stove and is fenced off on our horse pasture, so that you have a view of the countryside. Chickens, sheep and horses await you around you. We also offer overnight stays for horses. There is no running water in the trailer itself, but a storage canister. The toilet with sink is about 25 m away. We are surrounded by hiking trails. We look forward to seeing you soon!
