Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here. The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet residential area with forest views, just 25 minutes (19 km) from Heidelberg. Due to the southwestern location, the apartment is very sunny. Schönau is an old monastery town with a monastery complex and chicken farm on the edge of the Odenwald. Hiking trails to the Neckar Valley and the Odenwald start not far from the apartment.
