I stayed at Marco's place during a recent visit to Karlsruhe. His place may be a bit far from the center, but ideal if you have business to do in Durlach. It's also right in front of a tram stop of a line that brings you directly into the city center. Self check-in worked well, and the place is has smart home features which made the stay more pleasant. I'd gladly stay again when returning to town.

Marius is very friendly, communication was easy and efficient. I had a great stay in the very quiet and clean apartment :)

The place was great! The apartment is perfect for a small family (there is a children's room and the possibility to use a small cot). The children loved playing with different toys and that was great! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Karina is very nice and helpful. It is easy - not only by car but also by bus - to reach the city center. I can highly recommend it!

the house has lots of room and lots of things for the kids to play with. the kitchen is well equiped. whenever we asked a question we got a quick answer. its a pitty we didnt know from the begining that we can park at the awners parking and where is it. once we got permission it was easier. also you should know that the switch for the lights in the kitchen is behind the refrigratot. the house is warming and welcoming and the awners are nice.

With our family, we had booked several accommodations in the newly built cottage: large and small apartments in the main house and small apartments for 1-2 people, as well as three small guest rooms in the apartment building. Whether large or small rooms, everything was super modern, clean and fully equipped. Old and young, big and small felt very comfortable with Ulrike. The apartment "Suite Cappuccino" had one separate bedroom with a very large double bed, in which another cot was set up by Ulrike. In the living room, 2 teenagers could sleep well on the couch. This room could also be completely darkened - despite the huge windows - which we thought was great. The modern bathroom also shone in warm "coffee" colors. There was even a dryer and washing machine. We did not use the kitchen - but was fully and high quality furnished with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, etc. You could stay here longer... The bakery around the corner was ideal for a quick breakfast and the huge Rewe supermarket was also only 300 meters away. Ingenious accommodation with friendly, helpful landlady. Absolutely recommended!

Thank you for the lovely stay with you. Loved it. The moon shone through the skylights on our bed... Worms and Mainz can be reached quickly via the highway, but you don't hear or see anything from the highway. Alzey has an interesting museum with finds from Roman times from the surrounding area. In Alzey we were Indian food, it was very nice. On the large construction area 2 kilometers away, work ends at 19:00. The pile foundation is almost ready and you won't hear from all the other construction machines here.

A very cozy house, my family and I spent some wonderful days, the house has everything, very good to have 2 bathrooms, a few blocks from the TRAM that takes you downtown in 10 min. I totally recommend it

Cute and functional 2 bedroom apartment with large bathroom and deck. Stayed for a wedding w three kids (one in a pack n play); everything we needed was available in the apartment plus more!

Patrick is a very friendly host even though we arrived much later than anticipated. His place is a wonderful apartment, with plenty of space, well renovated, in a very nice environment.
