Holiday rentals with a patio in Kramsach

The views of Innsbruck and the surrounding mountains from this apartment are fabulous! The apartment has floor to ceiling windows and a huge outdoor terrace. The mechanical blinds on the windows provide privacy and darkness when desired. The apartment had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a large open floorplan for the kitchen and living area between the 2 bedrooms...it felt very spacious. The apartment was very well-designed and comfortable. There is a parking spot available in a garage that is a 2-3 minute walk away. There is also a bus stop 2-3 minutes away to travel down into Innsbruck. You can also take a bus or walk up the hill (about 10 minute walk) to take the funicular down into Innsbruck or the cable car up near the peak of the mountain. Our hosts were kind people who were helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place!

A very nicely furnished small apartment perfect for 2 people nothing was missing. Information material was available. Communication easy and uncomplicated. Very nice quiet location. great stay!

The accommodation is even better than it looks in the photos. It's totally new. We stayed 3 nights but it had everything we needed for a long stay. The kitchen was fully furnished, the bedroom is large, there was plenty of storage space, the lights are dimmable, the electric blinds, the bed is very large and comfortable. Taking a nap listening only to the birds outside was a joy. The accommodation has a small wooden porch where we had breakfast every day watching the bell tower and the cows grazing in the meadow next to the house. You leave the car right next to your accommodation, which is very practical. The setting is beautiful, you can see the mountains, the green meadows, snow in the background, pine trees... completely idyllic. Small but practical bathroom. There is a Spar and some services nearby and it is very well located to get to know the area: Innsbruck, Hall in Tirol, Arena Coaster, etc. I would stay again and I recommend it 100%

We were guests of Petra and her husband from Friday to Sunday and felt comfortable right away. Every wish was immediately fulfilled with a smile. We liked the small apartment very much, it was sufficient for us, very clean and accessible via the separate entrance, stairs. The location is awesome, it couldn't be better, a beer garden by the lake, what more could you want. The snacks and the delicious cakes are highly recommended. Many thanks for the relaxing stay.

The house was as shown in the photos, the check-in instructions are very clear, we had no difficulty checking in. The availability of spare keys was a positive detail. We stayed comfortably as a family of 4. It was clean, it does not have its own parking, but there are parking spaces where you can park on the nearby streets. The host answered all our questions quickly. We may have minor criticism, such as the lack of a curtain on the bathroom window and the ceiling being too low upstairs. We'd love to stay again.

I was with a friend in the apartment on Samerberg. Thanks to the bed in the living room, we each had our own area. Location and view are a dream, the apartment is individually and personally furnished with a lot of taste. The kitchenette is a bit very spartan, but there is the offer to cook downstairs at Christiane's. We went out to eat more often, which is good in the village and the surrounding area. Christiane gave us a very warm welcome and provided a little initial catering in the kitchen, which is not a matter of course. A good place to relax!

we enjoyed the nice cottage. Everything was complete in a nice environment. The town by the water and the village with all the nice gardens and shops was very nice. In addition, you can enjoy hiking in the mountains from the village and by bus you can, for example, go to the Wallbergbahn, where you can take the cable car to 1700 meters.

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got just that. Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

Super nice apartment, very spacious, equipped with everything you need, super clean, nice little garden with terrace...there is nothing to complain about at all!! Doris even provided us with a few beers and snacks before she welcomed us in a very nice way. We would come back anytime if we were on holiday in the Rosenheim area!

Everything was as we expected. Right in the center of Murnau, shopping within walking distance. It takes a few minutes by bike to get to nature. The S-Bahn runs past the property, but was hard to hear.

We had a great time at this accommodation! Everything worked out very well. The surroundings are beautiful and there is a lot to explore. The train station is only 5 minutes' walk away! I would definitely highly recommend this accommodation to everyone!!

we stayed with 3 people in the apartment. The sofa bed with topper is a great place to sleep for the 3rd and possibly 4th person. Everything is present in the apartment and it is very clean. A perfect stay for skiing in Seefeld. Also nice base for hiking in the karwendel area. Jan responds quickly and is friendly. Great price-quality ratio.

A lovely place to stay to explore the alps. It was great to be able to open the back door onto the garden and a lovely view.

The place was wonderful. Easy to reach the buses and travel around the city. It was just outside of town so enjoyed the quietness of evening. Rooftop deck was a bonus to relax on. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this place.
