On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, hallway as well as the bright, large living room (32 sqm) and adjoining loggia. On the top floor is the bedroom with a view of the fields (sunset). The loggia (south-facing) overlooking the garden invites you to linger.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1x 2 single beds, 1x a large double bed), a large living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. It is a beautiful apartment in the middle of the girls' quarter (Seitenstrasse). Restaurants, supermarkets, etc. are a few minutes' walk away. It doesn't get any more central than this. Local transport, highway and city center are also within easy reach. Free parking is available in front of the door. The apartment is perfectly equipped and nothing is missing. I live here most of the time myself and love my home. All things are of very high quality and should be treated well.

Our lovingly restored apartments are located in a former barn of our organic farm. The approximately 300-year-old farm is located in the middle of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. In the immediate vicinity is Lake Borner and Lake Harik. We cultivate permanent pasture with a suckler cow herd, consisting of approx. 20 animals that spend the summer in the pastures. Our farm is home to our friendly dog named Costa.
