Just a few meters away is the new Duxer X-Press and allows an uncomplicated one to enter the Zillerta Arena in winter. In summer for hikes or mountain bike tour in the Hohe Tauern National Park. The nearest place to shop can be reached by car (there is a savings market at the lift station in winter).

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
